They'll give you the run around like every other dealership. Went in for an issue I was having and decided I'd get an alignment while I was there and waited 4 1/2 hours for a tech to test drive my vehicle, only to be told there's nothing they can do and they forgot to give me an alignment. Place is a joke.

I live a long distance from the Banner Ford in Covington. I bought my current vehicle from them in 2017. I continue to patronize this dealership because I've enjoyed a really great relationship with the Service Manager, Jason. Jason is the draw for me at the dealership. I met him in 2003. At that time, he was my service representative at a dealership in New Orleans. Jason is just the best at customer service. Banner Ford has great after care customer service. I cross the Causeway to get to them. The car I drive now, is the third I've purchased from a Ford dealership since I met Jason. Everyone at the dealership in Covington are the absolute best. They deliver quality, dependable work.

$96/ several hours encounter. Not cheap, but service was very competent and helpful. My Cmax has the dumbest cabin filter situation and I had to bring it to the dealership for replacement. The labor was $50, the filter was $30, and the tax/'misc' charges were $16. It's supposed to be replaced every year, let me tell you something-- it will not be an annual thing. No way. Edit: somehow bringing my car to this dealership gave me three months of sirius xm service for free!

I don't think the phone number is correct or there's something wrong with their customer service. I tried to make an appointment and they told me I was going to get $100 gift if I just paid them $2.50 over the phone...

Edit.... My truck stayed there for 3 days and on the third day they took a look at it. Took it for test drive and compared it to other vehicles and overall did a really good job for me . The repair order says transmission was making noise and it's just "a noise that is an undesirable characteristic of the vehicle. " I wanted to make sure that my review was fair! I don't think I've ever written a review before I visited the place of business after trying to make an appointment, but here it goes. I delivered a brand new f250 last week and it's making some whining noises. Granted it was delivered from a different dealership but I don't think that matters. The person that answered the phone did not identify himself as a banner Ford employee or service or anything so I called back not understanding who it was, and it was the same person not identifying himself or the business. I told them what is going on and asked if he could just listen to it. He asked me to bring it by Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. and drop it off there for a couple days and they'll see if they can get to it. I mentioned can I make an appointment? He says that's what we just did but they don't have my name or vehicle information or anything so I don't know how that works exactly anymore. The customer service is just non-existent. This is a driver and I don't know how I can just leave my vehicle for a few days to see if they can get to it. There's no possible way. I'm bringing my vehicle here as the level of customer service so far is non-existent. How do you trust the quality of work when the quality of a phone call is this poor?
