Only the two people who changed my car's oil were nice. I don't know if the other man is the manager of the place, but he had a bad attitude towards me. He didn't put the sticker on and just handed it to me with a bad attitude. I don't think I'll go back to that place with those kinds of people.

Convenient, but very expensive even with a 25% off coupon. I used to frequent them regularly but found out it's actually cheaper ($25 less even with a coupon)to go to the dealership. Sometimes you just don't have the time to wait. But I'll make time next time.

Stopped as usual for quickie oil change. Manager was there by himself with 3 customers in line! He apologetically explained the wait time and kept going. Most people today would have freaked out but he was very professional and pleasant. Kudos to that young man. He represented your company very well that day.

Manager and one worker seemed great and knowledgeable. Other two workers were nice but slow moving and unsure on what to do next. Seemed an area manager was there and it would of been noce to see him greet customers and assist a bit instead of looking unapproachable. Manager on site seems to be doing alot of things himself. Maybe , he should guide/train the other two workers so we wouldnt be all over the place. Took almost 30 minutes from pull in to pull out which is too long for what this company advertises.

Always, always are this crew friendly, knowledgeable, respectful! I have gone to this location for years and planned to in the future! I wish you guys would give coupons? I’m on a fixed income(SS) and very hard but my old car I will always keep it running as well as I can. My car is a 2007 Toyota with almost 200,000 miles. I’m in this world on my own and I need my car. Thank you again for your awesome crew and service! (From an old woman, haha!)

The men that work they really know what they’re doing. They don’t try to charge you and make you spend an outrageous amount of money they work with you and help you get what your car needs and I absolutely love that about them and all the men there knew what they were doing they didn’t seem clueless. Wood and Malcom were excellent taking care of my car. I learned something new about my car. I have had my car for 15yrs. They changed the filter behind my glovebox. Last night was the first time it had ever been changed. I didn’t know or believed I had one. They were friendly, professional and operated with integrity. I appreciate everything they did for me. Not cheap but they do a good job. Get an online coupon especially veterans. I got in immediately. They said my coolant had water in it but Hyundai recommends flushing at 120K miles, mine is at 70K and I have never added coolant so I need to check into this

I always use Take 5 for my oil changes. Coming home from work last night, my engine oil light came on. So, I pulled into the location close to my house. They checked it out. I was 3.5 quarts low on oil. They topped it off for me at NO CHARGE! Just like the guarantee says! It was a great experience.

Normally I have the best experience at Take Five because the staff is always friendly, helpful, but this time was a little different. Most of the staff members were very friendly but one was very vocal about my oil filter. I was there almost 45 minutes from start to finish. I have been going to that location since it opened and never stayed there that long. Maybe it was a long day or maybe they there were a little behind which I could truly understand. At the end the supervisor or manager was very nice and for that I will be back.

I drove from Memphis Tennessee to Louisiana to visit family and friends. My check oil light came on in my BIG MERC.. stopped in this morning and they checked it for me. I bought the 5k mile oil charge and icky had 3k on it and it looked brand new and full. So I'll have to get the sensor changed out myself when I get back home to Memphis. Top notch guys at that location
