I came here for a battery because this is the only place that carries a specific battery nearby and the boy Caleb , either overcharged or shorted me $20 I came a few days later just to double check not trying to look for any money back but the lady who is so-called manager she basically dismissed me saying that I was accusing her employee of stealing, which that’s not what I was a intending, but I was trying to figure out where my money went so I was going to there to double check once again not looking to get the $20 I didn’t care about the 20 I just had to figure out what happened to it i do believe that he did short me, but the lady told me that I’m not welcome or anything because she basically was treating me like I was an idiot when her and the other employee were basically an idiot as well so if I’m and idiot to them , so are they are too and she said I couldn’t come back and I told her I will be back the next day which I will. This is just sad and ridiculous.

Tony was extremely helpful this morning. My car threw a code about my tire pressure. When I came in to see if I could get the code read, Tony was kind enough to explain the tire pressure monitoring system to me and directed me to resources. He was extremely patient and informative. Great experience with O'Riley Auto!

Checked my battery immediately without wait, gave me his store discount and let me use my military discount to help me afford the battery. Installed my new battery right away and took the old one. Great location. Battery prices have gotten ridiculous over the years. They do price match if it's the same battery. Really good local boys there to help you. I recommend to women and military.

I came here looking for a brake light and had quite a few questions. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and went above and beyond the hospitality and customer service I expected. It was raining that day and I had my children with me so he installed my brake light for me at no charge and out of the kindness of his heart. I was going to have it installed at a later date but he insisted that it was done before I left and he installed it IN THE RAIN. He was so kind and he definitely needs a raise and if he isn't in management he should definitely be trained to be since his customer service is amazing. Thank you so much!!

Every experience I have had with this store & its employees were positive. The staff has GREAT customer service skills are always polite and happy to help (unlike their neighbors A.Z.). Today I had to replace my battery and the manager Timothy made the effort to replace my battery & successfully replaced it even though the computer reads "difficult to change." I will return to this store for all of my auto needs!

I was sold a defective lightbulb and the manager refused to take it back the very next day. The team member who helped noticed it right away and threw away my original part and the box. Now I’m out over $100 and they are accusing me of lying. I would strongly recommend going to another location.

This place is great I am from Arkansas this was the closest one to where we were located while traveling. Timothy and Daryll are a great asset to O'Reilly auto parts. With these two at the counter this O'REILLY will be an asset to the community they serve. When I saw the repair was over my head they recommended a repair shop close and friendly.

Grayson was amazing!! He helped me change both dim bulbs on my headlights. I stopped at AutoZone first where they were truly unhelpful and very rude. O’Reillys was the complete opposite experience. I would highly recommend going there for all auto needs
