After receiving a call from Rick at Christian brothers I learned there was a miscommunication and they are making it right. Very happy with a company that can own up to their mistakes and make it right with covering the repair under warranty. Very disappointed…I mentioned that there was an odd noise coming from my truck and asked if they could listen for it while in for an oil change. They said I needed to leave it with them but they would call me with their findings. I agreed. After hearing nothing from them for 7 hours, I go back to pick it up. They hit me with a $340 bill for the oil change and inspection fee to replace the passenger CV joint that would cost another $750 to replace. Frustrated I pay the bill and leave…only to find out they had just replaced that same CV joint a little over a year ago. I email them and get no response. I do not recommend going here. I had been a customer for 6+ years and have never been charged a $120 inspection fee that they did not mentioned on the front end.

I can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers! I had a completely dead car battery the day before a road trip. Rick was an absolute lifesaver. He got my car in quickly, ran diagnostics (I initially thought it might be the starter), and determined that the battery was the real issue. They replaced it the same afternoon, ensuring I wouldn’t miss my trip. The service was professional, efficient, and so accommodating. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate Rick for going above and beyond to help me out!

Great place to do business!! Needed an alignment and tire balance on my truck. They brought me back to work after dropping it off and picked me up when it was done. Was extremely clean and very professional atmosphere. Truck did great after picking it up. Felt better than it ever had before. I can say that I’m a highly satisfied customer!!! Excellent customer service from the shuttle driver, Jerry the service advisor, and the auto mechanics. I was amazed at how well I was treated. Never knew customer service like this existed. They kept me informed. My ac issue was diagnosed and fixed by time I got off work and the driver was waiting at the door to pick up from work. I received a free oil change voucher to Christian Brothers from my car dealership. I love the fact that you were able to schedule an appointment to have it done. Once I arrived, they immediately greeted me and got my information offered me something to drink, which I thought was extremely thoughtful And let me know what would be done and that I could wait or come back. I did have to wait for my car and I must say they did it very quickly. After the oil change, the young man explained to me what they did showed me the invoice put it in a folder for me and they drove my vehicle to the front door so that I could easily enter into my vehicle and leave. I really felt valued as a customer even though I was receiving a free oil change. They showed such great customer service and care which in this day and age is getting rare. This is definitely a place. I will return to and I value as a trusted business.

I can not say enough good things about the service and care I received from CBA. I was so distraught when my car broke down on the causeway and I learned I needed a new engine. They worked with me every step of the way going above and beyond exceeding my expectations. They fixed it in a timely manner keeping me up to date at every step. They were honest about problems that arose and did an outstanding job of thoroughly checking and diagnosing impending potential issues that will eventually need to be repaired. And in addition to the amazing service, the cost of my repair was more than reasonable in comparison to everyone else. He even dropped off my car to me at my work when it was done! There's only place I will go for all my automotive needs from now on and that is CBA! Thanks guys! I am so grateful for ya'll and appreciate all that ya'll do!

If you’re looking for any repairs or service on your vehicle, this is the place to go. My Lincoln Nautilus was having transmission problems (common with this vehicle), and I brought it in to them. Jerry took all my concerns and noted them, got in touch with my warranty company for me, got everything squared away, and gave me consistent and frequent updates. The customer service, experience, and transparency throughout this whole process has been the best I have ever received. Absolutely appreciate that they went above and beyond to make sure I had a properly working vehicle in a timely manner. They went as far as contacting my vehicle manufacturer to get repairs done under warranty so all I had to pay was the deductible.
