I do not recommend Quinn Rim Repair. Mr. Quinn failed to show up for my appointment and didn't call or text to inform me that he was unavailable. He went 'ghost.' He stopped answering calls or responding to text messages. I hears he does great job. However, I cannot attest to it and DO NOT RECOMMEND using his business..

6/12/25 Well, it's happened again, curb rash. I called at 729pm, Shawn answered, and I have an appointment for tomorrow between 11a and 1p. Who gives service like that? Sounds crazy but I can't wait till I need another rim repaired so I can get more great customer service. Here are the pictures now, before the repair. I'll add some post repair pics once complete, but I can tell you, the rim will look like new. Thank you Shawn and Kevin. 4/5/24 Super job Kevin, shocking how good the rim looks after your repair. It’s like the curb rash never happened. See the before and after pics. Thank you, highly recommended. And you came to me, could not have been more convenient. Love it.

Kevin did “great work” bringing my rims back to like new condition about 4 months ago. Recently was scheduled to repair another one but Kevin had to cancel another appointment and I could not get in touch with him again and it’s been almost 30 days and he never returned calls to reschedule. DON’T know what is going on!!! If someone knows another number to reach Shawn it would be appreciated since for whatever reason Kevin is a ghost.
