Had an alignment done here a couple years ago when I got brand new tires . I rotate my tires every other oil change and I started having issues with vehicle shaking and acting funny when turning. Noticed my tires wearing unevenly so I took it to a different shop and I was told who ever did the alignment did not tighten the bolts down to recommended torque specs so now I have to replace 2 all terrain tires that’s are rated for 75k and yet only have 38k on them. Never again

Went to superior recently to see about a tire that had a leak. Essentially they told me it couldn't be fixed and I needed new tires all around. I knew I probably needed tires but I was hoping to squeeze a few more miles out of my old set. I got a quote for a new set and I decided to shop around. Long story short, I ended up going to Sam's which is a lot less convenient but a good bit less expensive. I wanted to give Superior the business but I ended up with better quality tires than the set they quoted for a few hundred less. Tires aside, they installed a part in my engine for me and they did quick, excellent work. I'll definitely go back.

These guys are one of the last remaining quality service centers I would recommend. They shoot you straight, they value their customers, and they go the extra mile every time I've needed maintenance or new tires. Example; I rolled up to the shop entrance in a wheelchair a few years back and at the time had a difficult time getting in to the building. They of course made all necessary accommodations that day (which isn't very common at most places unfortunately), but what's even more impressive is that the next time I came in for new tires I noticed that they had poured a brand new concrete ramp at the entrance, and without (to my knowledge) anyone ever mentioning "ADA". Wow! Just good people, period.

Really bad experience. Very nice over the phone. “Sure bring the car in, we will look at it for you”. Even offered a ride home as it is my only car. Showed up and basically was told they would charge me to look at it but better to bring it to a dealership very rudely that it seemed they were incapable of fixing it. I have never been treated so badly that I left in tears. Use to get my tires there but never again. So incapable they gave me a number for another shop. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone even if they were giving tires away. Be careful who you trust with your investment. Cars are not cheap.

I’ve been using this store 20 years. Not anymore ! I drive a fleet vehicle. I had 91.6k miles on original tires. I asked them to replace and they said NO ! They did not even call my fleet dept. for approval. LAZY !

I have been a loyal customer of Superior Tire for several years and have always had a positive experience with the business and its staff. However, my recent visit to have new tires installed on my GMC Sierra left me extremely disappointed and heartbroken. I had recently purchased a set of OEM GMC wheels that were specially coated in PVD DuraChrome, along with a new set of chrome OEM lug nuts. To my dismay, when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that one of the wheels had been damaged. It appeared as though they had used a pry bar to forcefully remove or install the tire, resulting in chipped PVD coating on the wheel. Furthermore, I discovered that all the lug nuts were torqued between 225 to 250 ft-lbs, which is significantly higher than the recommended torque. This caused me great concern as I nearly snapped a couple of studs off when I attempted to do my brakes. Additionally, all the chrome lug nuts were beat up and looked as though they had been hammered down with an impact wrench. As someone who had invested a significant amount of money in these wheels, I am deeply disappointed by the level of service I received. I expected Superior Tire to handle my vehicle with the utmost care and professionalism, especially considering their reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope that Superior Tire takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate measures to rectify their mistakes. I believe that it is crucial for businesses to uphold their reputation by providing exceptional service and treating their customers' property with the respect it deserves.
