They're not always open when they say they're open. Saturday is supposed to be closing at 4 according to the website but when you pull up there locked and closed by 2 on Saturdays.

Napa has always treated me well no matter what location from Key Largo down in the Florida Keys to Houston Texas. I own a Ford F250 so I visit way more than I'd like. But this location was n still is the best of all best customer service and knowledge able salepersons behind the desk out of all auto parts stores including AutoZone Advance O'Reilly's all of them hands down this one's best

The customer service here is outstanding! My vehicle broke down and I ended up having to pull into napa parking lot and leave it over night. The manager told me it was not a problem and to leave it as long as needed. The store associate I dealt with, David, went above and beyond. He genuinely cared about the problem and his sincerity is much appreciated.

Clerks don't seem too enthusiastic to serve you. When we walked in, no one moved or offered a greeting and one of then gestured to a man that was on the phone to service us without even finding out what we were there for. I won't frequent this establishment. When I spend my money, I like to feel like a valued customer. I did not here.

Called around all the area NAPAs. This was the only that had the fuel line that we needed. We drove 40 miles to get there. They had 2 guys in front, one customer and a guy had to come out of the back room to wait on my son. All that said, he got the part. The guy was nice who waited on my son. He seemed to know what he was talking about. That's good.

I walked in and the dude who served me had no idea what he was doing and by the way I must add he was the manager of the store and he couldn't even help about my starter for my Ram 1500. He had to call another store to help him. Will not be coming back.

My parts shop is the only place I can get great parts of all my vehicles.. The parts are top quality that last longer than the others.. if you need electric parts the best !!! Been going there for 40+ years ??if they don't have it in stock, they'll have it in the morning... great prices too...
