Walked in, there were literally 4 employees standing in the lobby with no customers at all. I asked to have a flat looked at... mind you I just bought brand new tires and the road hazard a month ago. I was told it’ll be several hours to even get it on the lift because everyone is so busy and backed up and nobody has had lunch yet. It’s 10:45... Dont bother buying road hazard from these guys if you get tires from here. So I’m gonna sit here for two hours to have them look at a flat which probably needs a 5 minute plug put in... might as well spend this time giving reviews on all the sites I can.

Let's just say I was made to feel that I didn't fit the "color" scheme of the place. No overt racism and still professional, don't get me wrong, but I was given wrong information to expedite my departure. I could just feel the tension rise as soon as I walked in. I'm not one to pull the race card often and didn't expect it here, and perhaps it was not race related at all; but the fact remains I was given incorrect information which cost me time and therefore will not be darkening the doorway of this business again.

I have gone there for a very long time and thought the management teams in the past were great. I bought a set of tires there about 18 months ago and got a $60 gift card for a Goodyear promotion. I tried to use it today for a replacement for a blown tire and I was told - sorry - you can only use one credit card per purchase. I told him it was a Goodyear card and he didn't care. You can use more than one card almost anywhere else. When I left he could tell that I was aggravated by it and he rather loudly gave a sarcastic "have a nice day" as I left the place. I'll never return again and I had been going there on and off for 30+ years!

After being a loyal customer for a decade I was shocked to find an $80 bill after cancelling a job within 2 minutes. I had to be charged for a half hour of work that involved removing one air filter. Will never be going back again.

These guys saved me today! Home health therapist visiting close by retirement communities when I get a low tire pressure reading. Sure enough, getting a flat which i could see. They were close by, easy to find. So very kind and although they couldn’t repair the tire (it was worn out, which I knew), they were able to find a tire and service was so very fast and professional. I needed to get back to Hammond in a hurry and they put the new one on in no time. Highly recommend. Thanks guys; Great Job!!!

Wouldn’t even give one star but it wouldn’t allow me to move forward without doing so. We have gone to this place three times trying to get a flat fixed/ new tire. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the staff there are rude and act as if they don’t want to be bothered. The three times we have attempted to get service here was a waste of time. We wouldn’t have gone back the second or third time but it seems we always catch a flat when we are in that area. With that being said we always took our chances and left on our flat in hopes we made it to another tire shop. Poor staffing will make a business go under.

I gave this place another opportunity after disappointing me with their inability to fix my vehicle's problem in the past. It was a simple "flat tire patch/put the spare back in its well" job. I'm informed that my spare's crank mechanism is now completely broken and disassembled in the trunk of my vehicle, and the part is almost $400 plus whatever labor. Didn't argue with them at all - just got my keys, and we won't be bringing any vehicles there again.

Hello. I just had my brakes replaced at Superior Tire Mandeville. I see there are a few reviews where the customers had negative experiences, but my experience was very positive and I wanted to share. This is actually the 2nd time I brought a vehicle to superior. The first time, I just had a tire that was low on air. Not only did they put air in the tire, but they were friendly and didn't try and use the opportunity to sell me anything. That left a positive impression in my mind. With regard to my most recent brake job. I originally took it to another local auto repair establishment and they quoted me a very high price...and tried to upsell me on several things that I didn't need (a new battery when my current battery was just replaced 1 month ago and is functioning perfectly...really?). Not only did superior fix my brakes, they did so quickly and at half the cost of the other place. I will definitely go back to superior in the future and feel confident in referring them to others.

I own a business and I was in a huge bind with my company van and needed it looked at right away so I brought it to Superior Tire and they jumped right on it and had it diagnosed and fixed in a couple hours. The customer service was amazing, the work was fast and great, and now I don’t have to rent a van on Monday which is awesome. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Thank you guys very much! I couldn’t have been more pleased and it was a breath of fresh air to see such great service. Keep it up!

the lil guy at the desk was exceptionally rude-- told me to go somewhere else if i didnt give them all my personal information. alas, i was in a pinch and needed to get my tire patched so i quickly gave in. the based garage worker who did the actual work was polite, and was quick -- so, they deserve some credit for that.

Loyal customer for multiple vehicles I own. Couple of years ago the rude guy everyone is mentioning in the reviews balled up a quote on some tires after I inquired about the warranty. I gave another chance because the guys in the shop do great work. And the manager is very professional. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere because The guy to most likely greet you at the front desk is arrogant, rude, condescending and is guaranteed the reason for these 1 and 2 star reviews. It will make perfect sense if you decide to spend your money here and have a question or God forbid a complaint.
