My third time coming here and the customer service is always excellent. The first time Eduardo changed my battery and was amazing. Since then I’ve had Jazmine who on two seperate occasions helped me choose the right windshield wipers and install them and then eventually a new battery for my mom. She was great at breaking down the prices, and extremely efficient despite having to learn new equipment to reset the computer after.

Raul I think thats his name thats my guy had a air conditioning problem with my car. Took it to multiple places including o riellies who didnt help at all Rayl came outside in the heat popped my trunk took a look at a few things starting crossing out possible problems 1 at a time. He realized there was no air blowing at all and immediately knew it was my motor blower which was a blessing thought it was the compressor. Watched a video on YouTube showing me how to fix it. It was Def the problem showed me a tool I needed. Anyways that was my second time at autozone earlier a woman didnt know too much about cars I knew if id come back I'd run into someone like Raul Thank you Raul this post for you.

Jazmine S. Very sweet and veryyyy patient. I had so many questions. I just bought a new car and needed to do some basic upkeep and she was perfect. Even came out to my car to show me some more basic info and it was 90 degrees. Shout out to her fr because I would’ve been in the store for hours

This is only I reference to their phone service. I have had zero problem with in person customer service. I just called to ask a question. I was asked if I could be put on hold for a “brief moment.” Over 10 minutes later I hung up. Being willing to give them another chance and thinking whatever it was that took them so long had likely passed, I called back. Different voice, same request. When I told them they literally just had me on hold (I didn’t say “yes”) for over 10 minutes, there was no response. I just got put on hold again. After ANOTHER 10+ minutes I hung up and called O’Rileys. Not professional at all.

It is organized and easy to find what you’re looking for. :) I got ozium which I was looking for and they had it in stock. the staffs were friendly and making sure that I was doing alright since I took my time browsing through the store.
