Went in to have a minor issue resolved with my air conditioner. With the amazing help of Mr. Orian, he truly helped me BIG TIME! I don’t have much car knowledge, so going into the store to have this issue resolved was already a stressful time for me, but he came right to the rescue and made sure I left with my questions answered and my ordeal solved. Truly grateful. He deserves everything good from the company for being such a helping person.

The workers here are great. They immediately greet you ask for what you need; they’ll grab it for you too. Very quick and efficient shopping experience. The place is also very clean and organized. Their location is somewhat hidden, but other than that everything looks good to me.

Customer service was off the chart. If I could rate higher than 5, I would. I went in last week to have my battery checked. The sweetest man named Steve"I think" changed my battery out and put oil on my battery cables. A lady assisted and was so friendly. Nicest People! You would not expect from a parts store.

Brittany T was kind, upfront, and quick. Helped me when I was super stressed out about my car’s power steering. 10/10 customer service. She also made me laugh when she and her manager were seeing me off. Also Autozone rewards comes in clutch. Walmart was offering the same price, but with the rewards credit, I got a full gallon of power steering for just $18!

Today was one of those days that just seemed like everything went wrong. I had battery issues got charged enough to get to my Destination . Shaun and Mr. Robert helped me today. Shaun even gave me recommendations on a battery starter if I was by myself, which is pretty awesome not many people would do that. They are absolutely the friendliest people that I’ve ever experienced in an auto parts store. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!!
