Bought a part on another store. It just died and the store manager couldn’t give me any warranty at all. Do lifetime warranty doesn’t work with them 👎. Is there any PepBoys, or advance near by so I can get a new one with real lifetime warranty?

Went in to get a alternator didn’t have enough money on my card so it declined , they took all the money out my account and would not refund me , told me to go to my back,been to the bank twice and they said autozone has to refund me for the purchase but they still refuse to , don’t go here they will rob you for every dollar in your account and won’t return it , this place is a scam and don’t deserve my 1 star review

Autozone guys are great! They ask purpose and help to find the parts and troubleshoot car issues to some extent. Really good service. Prices are affordable and knowledgeable staff. Recommended first pit stops if your car gives you some trouble ( except tires ofc)
