I have been here quite a few times and I don't remember having a bad experience (yet) thank god! Once in the past I bought a new battery and the lady helped me put it in with me. I was here yesterday 4/25 and Mike helped me with light bulbs for my car. He was honest and said he couldn't replace my blinker light which is ok, but at least he told me. He replaced my license plate light. He was professional and kind the entire time. It is unfortunate to hear some people had bad experiences at this location.

I normally go to this Auto Zone because it is close to where I live. I've never had any trouble until my last visit. I walked into the store with my toddler. Nobody was at the front desk, I had to walk to the back of the store just to find two employees getting upset about the "shipment maybe" Daniel was very rude once he attended me he seemed like he didn't want to help. I was having battery issues. He told me he couldn't test my battery because it was corroded. He said you'd have to clean that for me to test it. I stayed quiet because I could sense he was already mad. My son was staying hi to him and he still seemed annoyed (I understood but still RUDE!!) meanwhile he went in to get this brush to clean it off and tested my battery. He said my battery was at 50% and there was nothing to do, but let it charge, So after he told me that I just left he did NOT offer anything to really help me, so I left only to end up at another Auto Zone (because that's where i like to go to get my batteries) just for them to tell me I had a bad battery.

Went to my usual autozone today on fairmont and pansy to get stuff to wash my vehicles, and this crazy hispanic lady was in there guns blazing. Talking bout nothing that made sense i was laughing in the back cause she apparently said “oh this is funny” to one of the employees i didn’t wanna let her see me laughing, but from what i heard she wasn’t giving right information to them to help her so she didn’t know what she was doing in there. These guys are great, always knowledgeable, really helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work guys.

I went in a bit hesitant due to not knowing if I knew what light bulb I was needing for my vehicle for my surprise the service was amazing. I walked in there was two gentleman he informed what to do to verify what light bulb was needed and then to my surprise he also informed me he could get it installed for me. Talk about full service with an excellent attitude that made me feel comfortable to say yes and I wasn’t a bother to them. They have a great atmosphere in this location. Highly recommend to visit will be definitely visiting here more often due to service quality. I also did witness another customer praising them for assitance on his last visit. So I can tell this is genuine employees

My vehicle broke down up the street on Fairmont, and I was fortunate enough to have the couple next to me give me a jump. Drove across the road to this Autozone, and a young man came out with a tester. Sure enough, Bad Battery. So we get the price on the battery, and the man says "Will you be needing this installed?" We ended up needing assistance, so the guy says he can't do it, but has a mechanic who can do it for $40.....I remember its usually free install with battery purchase. So we said no thanks and drove to O'REILLY Auto Parts instead. Maybe the guy was new and didn't know....but none of the other store employees said anything either....The battery was $40 cheaper, and O Reilly installed it for free. Took about 30 minutes from start to finish. Women, do not freak out and buy immediately for convenience. Call around and ask for prices. Battery installs should usually be free with purchase!

Came to AutoZone and bought wipers and told the guy I needed help putting on, he passed me to a girl cashier and she checked me out and said thank you, she knew I asked for help also, I asked the girl if the guy could help she said he left on a run, ok, as I proceeded towards front door AutoZone worker is coming in I asked if he worked here He said I'm just know coming in and proceeded to just walk passed me. Hmmm....so you just want me to purchase from you but don't want to help me..think I'm going to go back and return them and get my 70.00 back and go to their competitor

Melanie R., was very rude and did not know how to help me when I initially explained the issue I was having with my battery! Poor customer service and RUDE! I’ve been here before and I had an excellent experience when I bought my battery in May 2025. She opened my hood to check battery said it was okay and needed to charge and proceeded to leaving my hood UP!

I had a terrible run in with an older hispanic female. I accidentally purchased and addition set of rotors and brakes pads through the website. When i figured it out i asked to have the extra set returned. The lady was extremely rude and told me she was putting them back on the shelf because i already picked them up. I showed the double charge on my credit card and she continued to bark at me. Meanwhile the other gentlemen in the store were rolling their eyes at her actions. One of the men stepped up and returned the items and credited my card. I would not want that lady speaking to a customer ever if were her manager.

The lack of helpfulness and poor communication left a bad experience for me. I was hoping to get a quick check on my check engine light with their scanner. On my way to work. When I asked the worker he can scan the car for me, he told me he couldn’t leave the store since he was alone. I understood that, I asked when a second worker would come in, so I can come back at a better time. His response was i don’t know without any further effort to help or offer alternatives.

The young Hispanic employee was rude and racist towards me as an elderly mixed race Hispanic woman that looks Mexican and indigenous, he was very nice to the white employee s walking in and when I had a question he was rude, the manager with a ponytail and blonde hair was professional and came out to look at my car, I appreciate what he did , I don't think he liked me , he just wanted to sell me the screws to put my licence plate on, but he wouldn't look at the measurements to see that I needed a license plate holder, a certain one that fits the holes in front of my care, why is it so hard for someone to do a job with empathy and caring, they want the check but hate certain customers but at least he was helpful and professional I can't complain, I just won't ever ever never buy from AutoZone , a professional mechanic always told me to never by AutoZone parts buy o Reilly parts only , especially the brakes , O'Reilly has better quality brakes

Absolute nasty attitude from a hiring manager!! Horrible customer service. Talks down to her sales team member!! How and the absolute hell she got in that position as a hiring manager!? You guys need to work on hiring people that like their position!! I can’t even imagine having someone like her to be over me or anyone!! Her name is Maricela !! Mean woman!! Great experience at this autozone. Came in Friday evening after noticing our headlight was out and was greeted by both employees at the front. Quickly found our headlight that was needed and checked out. Went to go replace it in the parking lot and struggled thinking we got the wrong size. Went in to return the bulb and the lady up front was able to check that we got the correct one. Told her we were struggling and she was able to get MICHAEL to come help us. He showed us the different bulb locations so we are prepared for the future. Very nice and knowledgeable guy! Thank you guys for being so prompt with helping your customers!
