It was one of the worst experiences I've had going into an auto zone. I was looking for help with a front license plate mount. The guy who tried to help me didn't know anything and didn't bother asking anyone else at his store if they might know a better answer or a better solution. He just said basically "Idk" and left it at that. I'm never going back again to this or any auto zone again.

Not even the manager has knowledge of vehicles. Came in for routine maintenance stuff and redoing struts, which seemed to bewilder the sales associates. They never called me when my parts came in. Not only did I get given a faulty tool, I got given a faulty tool 3 times. I wasted 5 hours attempting to take coil springs off, I then got stranded at home unable to put my vehicle together due to it getting dark and them being unwilling to bring me a proper working spring compressor. The store on ave. N is much more knowledgeable and offered to rectify the problem in the morning when they are staffed properly. Never have I been so disappointed by a parts store.

The man working here went out of his way to not help us. I went to AutoZone to have my car battery tested. He said they have to turn off my car to test the battery but if it is the battery, they did not have the ability to jump the battery. Once I had someone arrive in case I needed a jump, he handed me the wrong ratchet set to take out the old battery. Even though they were not busy and had two available associates, I was outside without assistance trying to extract the bad battery. After the third or fourth time of going inside to ask, I finally received the extension for the ratchet needed. (He told his female associate what I needed. So if he knew which set was the right one, one would ask why it wasn't given to me the first time I asked. Or better yet, why he couldn't accompany us outside to instruct us on how to's.) After returning the bad battery to the counter for the core refund, the man placed the good battery on the counter and when I just looked at him for a few seconds, he said "Oh, you want me to carry it out for you too?" I could continue but suffice to say, the rudeness, the lack of customer service and flat out refusal to help leaves me wishing I could rate this store 0 stars.

Manuel E. was what read on the name tag. Rude, and definitely needs a training in customer service. Sir just because I own the car does not mean I know what kind of lug nut is on the tire. Don't be rude about it and let me just go look at my car before treating me like I'm stupid. I usually go to this AutoZone because of their kindness. Guess I need to find a different one.

Great place I always get help from them. Very nice staff I went in to get a wrench and they helped me check on prices and was nice about it. Hasn't been the first time they have always been really great about helping others. Like the reward system so hopefully next time I go I can get 20 bucks off my purchase.

I came here for wiper blades and first, he got me the wrong ones and then kind of giggled when I asked him to put them on my car. Then, someone else realized they were wrong, but no one was very concerned about that. They were asking about a video on something that had just happened at their store (and getting off at 5:00). I returned them, but was left with a young kid and he wasnβt in a hurry to get them returned. Maybe just donβt go at 5:00? Perhaps theyβre better when they arenβt counting down the minutes until work is over? I donβt know, I wonβt go to this one again. I ended up going to Avenue N Auto Zone and they were beyond helpful.

Spent 15min to get diagnostic test done then spent 30 more minutes waiting to get codes cleared. While only 1 person was working inside and she was putting clips on fender. Then when I said I,m leaving she said someone else inside can help me. So I left. Never will I shop there again. Installing fender clips is not their job.

Went in to get my mom's battery tested and perhaps buy a new one if necessary. The Manager, Mr. Nine, was EXTREMELY helpful! He was kind enough to lend us tools to change it, and even came to see if we needed help. He helped secure the battery and was very personable and gave great customer service. He was knowledgeable about the battery types and helped me pick a good one. He also put up with my father's awful dad jokes and that itself is worth a good review. Thanks Coach Nine!

Service was terrible, I went in store asking for an air filter. When I asked the older man at the counter for prices and if it could be installed he mentioned how they donβt install them. So I proceeded to thank him for his help, while walking out I was bomb rushed with racial slurs and being called out my name just because I didnβt want to purchase the item. The older white male , constantly watched me as I left from the window as if I did something wrong. This had to be the most outrageous encounter Iβve ever had. I canβt recall his name but he was the only one working the register on Nov 6th, 2025 @7:30pm.

I left the store feeling like I was a bother. I understand being busy, but there was only one other customer in the place. I asked for a specific part and was told to βlook on the spinning rack on the other side of the store.β There was no such rack that I could find. On my way out, I told them I was sorry to be a bother, and the response was simply, βNo problem, have a nice day.β I wasnβt angry β just disappointed. A little effort or direction wouldβve gone a long way. ---

The Assistant Store Manager, Chris N., was a great help. He stayed late helping replace a difficult lightbulb in the headlamp. Great service, care, and assistance was shown during the process.
