Experienced some battery issues while driving and had to pull over into this AutoZone to get it tested. The staff members were VERY professional and Seth and Emma went above and beyond with helping pinpoint the issue with my car. They were about to close, and it was cold outside, but they still tested my battery, replaced it under warranty, installed, and cleaned the terminals. I felt that they really wanted to get the issue resolved before I pulled off - even with the fact that they were closing. Excellent customer service from these two. Something that is really missing in a lot of auto parts stores!!!

I’ve come to Auto Zone a lot recently, and some how I continue to have the help from Landon each time I am there. He comes out to my car so that i can point out which tail light it out, or to show him which piece under my hood is not working or to scan my car. He has continued to go above and beyond to help me with looking at my car to going in the store to find the part so i don’t have to spend an hour trying to find it. I am extremely appreciative of his efforts and I will continue to come back to this location going forward because of the way he has shown his efforts to provide great customer service.

My car needed a new battery, so I tried this Autozone out and was quite impressed. Finn (I believe was his name) helped me right away. Was super nice, knowledgeable, and patient. He was able to find me a new battery that fit my make and model and even tested it before I left to ensure it was a good battery. I was in-and-out in about 15 minutes. 👍

Brian went above and beyond for coming to our location to jump start our vehicle for us. We had a 2 month old baby inside when our car died on us and once Brian heard that, he was fast and efficient in coming to our rescue. John also helped us by looking at our battery and telling us what was wrong with it as well as providing different battery choices for us. He also changed the battery in the Arizona heat!! We are so grateful for this AutoZone location for helping us in this time of need especially since our baby was in the car!

on 8/16 my family van showed low oil pressure and auto zone was to my right. Had all my children with me, and Bill I am pretty sure was his name is an absolute gem as an employee. He came outside and looked at the vehicle, went in and out to get a flashlight and help me troubleshoot issues. He even gave advice to not drive and have towed after we put 5 qt of oil in to only see it leak once we started the car. I asked to leave the van and not get towed, and he assured me it would not. He was kind and patient and made a horrible day a little better. Wish this AutoZone was closer to me, because I would exclusively do my business only here! Shop was clean and we were greeted when entering. Fantastic job!

HORRIBLE customer service and manager was a smart ass! Needed assistance with windshield wipers and floor mats. Was told bt Hailey to "just guess" and if they dont fit, bring them back. No assistance or suggestions as to what might work. Then while getting the windshield wipers, left me standing at the register to help someone else, took them to a totally different register and rung them up. I called The store and told the manager about the service I received and he asked " if I expected a FASHION SHOW of floor mats. Go anywhere else for automotive supplies.

Came in to replace my car battery. I brought the a 10mm wrench so I swap out myself. Autozone tech, Anthony came outside with me and said he would make the swap for me. He did the work much faster than I could have and was super friendly. 10/10, would recommend. Anthony is great!

Been here three times and each time I have had an issue. First time on a Mazda that needed the battery checked. They refused to test it, refused to replace it (they claim to replace batteries) and then refused to lend me tools to remove it myself. Second time was for a bulb, once again refused to lend me the tools. At this point I refused to go back except my battery on my Ford died and my dad refused to go anywhere but there. Back I go and the older man does the test and it is dead, tells me that he has been told not to replace it because it will take an hour and a half (I have done this before and had everything off but the windshield wipers cus it kept raining). He does say that I can go in and use the tools to replace it myself. Take three. Hello, the other guy said you can’t remove the items around the battery but if we remove it can you put in the battery (dad is in his 70s and I am dealing with carpal tunnel). No. Okay well the guy said we can get the tools to do it ourselves. No. I’m not asking you to do the work, I’m just asking for the lender tools. The guy said we could use them and the sign says you lend tools. We don’t have the tools you want. I just need a 22 wrench. He crosses his arms, looks me dead in the eyes and says…I said, we don’t have the tools YOU want. My dad still insisted I buy the battery from them. I walked out, went to O’Reilly’s, got the battery for 4 years and 60 dollars less than the 3 year they tried to sell me, got the tools, and besides a claw needed for the windshields, the process was remove two bolts, 4 screws, the battery and reverse. 20 mins total due to the forgetting a piece and having to take things off again. Never again will I go back to this store. I regret being dragged back this last time.

I went into this location because I was having an issue with a battery I purchased almost three years ago, which was still within the warranty timeframe. I initially visited the Queen Creek location since I was familiar with it, but this location is actually closer to my home. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Seth, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of replacing my battery in a timely manner. What could have been a stressful situation was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I truly appreciated the level of service I received. The store was clean, and the entire staff seemed to be enjoying their work, which really shows in the customer experience. Because of the outstanding service—especially from Seth—I will absolutely be recommending this location to anyone who asks where they should go for auto maintenance. Seth’s professionalism and friendliness made all the difference. Give that guy a raise!
