RW Auto Glass answered the phone quickly and I was on the schedule within 2 minutes with a next day appointment. They gave me an hour heads up when they were on their way to me. When they arrived they had a down to earth demeanor but that in no way means they didn't work quickly and efficiently. All around great service, they made it very easy.

I called my insurance company about replacing my windshield and found I had to pay a deductible so they were going to charge me $500 and I would have to wait 2 weeks. I canceled and called Brad who quoted me about 1/3 the price and came out to my house the next day and he will fix chips for free. I have since added windshield coverage to my policy but will definitely be using RW Auto Glass if I loose another windshield.

Exceptional service! As seems to happen with most anyone living out in the Valley, I got a cracked windshield. I called up RW Auto Glass and spoke with Brad. He was extremely courteous and professional. He checked on the availability of my windshield and came out to install it the next day. He came within the time he estimated he would be here and even gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. Having owned a number of service businesses over the last 15 years or so, I'm a pretty particular customer. I know what it takes to serve people well, and Brad did an outstanding job. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs auto glass replacement. I hope I don't need to call on him again as I'm pretty attached to the new windshield he installed, but he is at the top of my list if I manage to crack it.

I can’t recommend RW Auto Glass enough! Brad was absolutely amazing to work with—patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. I had questions about getting OEM glass, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He even submitted the extra paperwork to my insurance to request OEM approval and kept me informed every step of the way. He’s a preferred provider for Progressive Insurance (even though he’s not listed on their website—thankfully I found his name recommended in a local Facebook group), which made the entire process even easier. The installation and camera calibration were quick and seamless. It’s rare to find service this thorough and professional these days. Huge thanks to Brad and RW Auto Glass!
