My brother in law left us his car to use while he was on a deployment and the week before he came back home his car windshield was hit by a rock and was cracked. Once my insurance claim was made Owen from Perfect Touch reached out to me and asked me a few questions so he could get me scheduled. We had just tinted my brother in law’s car and Owen was able to get us tinted and installed before they took off for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Owen told me to thank my brother in law for his service and when he saw his car he was super excited. Steven was the installer and he was awesome very friendly and professional. Steven came out at 12:50 and was finished with set up, install and cleanup by 2:10; windshield looks great and he gave clear aftercare instructions. I can not say enough GOOD things about these guys. I can't say that I take pics of my windshield repairs, however Owen has gone above and beyond for me time after time. He is the ONLY glass company I will use. When my truck was recovered after being stolen, he was the one to do the glass work even at the body shop. He has repaired my power window regulators as well. They are professional, quick and the easiest to work with.

Owen has replaced many windshields for me over the years. I cannot seem to ever have a truck without a cracked windshield. I am use to it, it's my lot in life to have nice trucks with cracked windshields but when they are bad enough, Owen is my guy. He comes to my home or work. He not only does a great job installing and calibrating the factory electronics, he handles first getting the windshield ceramic coated (exterior) and a UV blocking clear film (interior) installed as well. Use Owen ya filthy animals.

He was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable about the installation process. The new windshield looks perfect, fits seamlessly, and was done quickly without cutting corners. Steven also made sure the work area was clean and walked me through everything before finishing up. Highly recommend him if you need a windshield replacement done right the first time!
