First and foremost... Will and Scott are stand up employees... No over sell, just straight honesty! They answered my question, and serviced my vehicle in a timely fashion! It is incredible that when you pull up, Will greeted myself with a ice cold water bottle! Explain the whole process, did not try to oversell which was a relief! I'm telling you, if you live in this area and you're not getting your oil changed here you're missing out on a great opportunity and I probably would guess you're spending too much money... Will and Scott, continue to shine and doing what you love!!!!

I apologize in advance for not remembering the other guys name that helped me out yesterday. It was him and Lukas who helped me out. They were swarmed yesterday and they were still very chill and kind. When I was next it was only about 10 ish minutes? It felt fast. I just want to give credit to those guys because they did a great job and tbh were super nice. I’ll definitely come back again if I need something done

This location seems to get better with every visit. I will say the price dose seem to go up a little year to year but I guess that’s the way of things. Overall I am always happy with the service and the auctioneer guy makes all the yelling in the place entertaining.

The guys here did a great job and were very kind and professional! I only waited about 15 minutes before I was in the bay and it was a quick process after that. They topped off my fluids, filled my tires, and checked my air filters as well. I had a coupon from online that brought down the cost a bit so that was a bonus as well!

Starters, the service took forever was about a 45-hour long wait which is totally unacceptable for a place who prides themselves as a quick oil change. The manager who i believe to be is lukas was not the most professional in regards to the way he talks with the rest of the crew with customers present they seem to be making jokes and talking about who knows what while standing in front of my vehicle. I will not be returning here with any of my vehicles again. Forgot to mention they left oil on both the left and right side of my vehicle.

The manager was very very polite, he was training a new guy, and their communication is top. Notch excellent service, excellent management. Everybody was consistently busy while I was there. Butt communicating with each other on what they were doing. Strongly, recommend take 5 on ganzel.

I’ve come here before with the real value being fast and honest service. I want to say they advertise fast oil changes of like 10 minutes or less. This last time, I was here for 2 hours. They apologized, but I wish I would’ve known it was going to be awhile up front so I could’ve come back or something. There are 3 bays but the same team works all 3 bays.

This was one of the best oil change I've ever experienced. The customer service was A1. I like the idea of staying in my car while the work was being done. Because I know for the fact once they started on my car they worked on it till the job was done. The whole time was an hour or last for window wapper, new filters, oil change and all of the fluid capped. It cost me about the same as just having the oil change at some other places . It was a job well done. It's my place. Thanks

I went in and they were super friendly. I told them I was originally coming from getting oil changes at Walmart, so I admitted im super naïve when it comes to car stuff, and they walked me through the prices and how everything worked. I was able to stay in my car the whole time which was super nice! It maybe took 10-15 minutes and Andrew was super helpful, he told me everything he was doing as he was doing it and even gave me a few pointers on how to check my oil and when is a good time to come in and how my driving can affect how much oil I burn. Lukas was also helpful and even asked after the oil change if there was anything more they could improve on or help me with!

After 2 bad experiences at the take 5 on Elsworth, I was informed to try the one on Genzal. Greatest recommendation night and day difference. They never check the fluids yet on the paper it states they filled everything.. Windshield fluid left dry as the death valley. To whom every owns this business your employees are doing a terrible job and lies one paperwork! Never check air filter but dripped oil all over hood

My husband went yesterday and waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. I understand it was Saturday but after waiting almost an hour they had him pull into the garage where he waited another hour. After almost 2 hours someone came over and told him it was going to be a while because another car needed a lot of work. He told them his wife needed the car so they got it done right away. Again, I understand Saturdays are busy but perhaps more staff is needed if cars are having to wait that long or customers should be advised of the wait time if it's going to be longer than the advertised wait time of 10 minutes.
