I had an oil change done on my vehicle and a few days later I backed out of my garage and noticed this oil that had leaked from the area around the oil filter. These guys are super friendly and get the job done. It was just a wheel alignment but my truck has a lift so it can be a pain to get it dialed in but these guys did and the truck rides smooth and doesn’t pull to any side at all .★★★★★ a month ago

We have been taking all our vehicles to Alonso and his team for over 6 years now and have always had great and honest service from them. Just recently they had my daughter’s car and worked above and beyond to make sure the repair was done correctly to give us a car back that we knew we could count on being safe. Alonso is the man! I called in to get a quote and talked to Alonso. They had the best rates and were able to get me the brand of the part that I needed. I mentioned getting a discount for the line of work that I’m in and he said they could make it happen. 2 days later the job was done and I went in to pick up my truck and pay. I mentioned the discount again to one of the reps at the front and he stated that the discount I was asking for would be a lesser discount because Alonso already applied the regional manager discount. He didn’t even mention that he was the boss! AC is cold again, service was prompt and affordable, great group of people, highly recommend! I will be back again. I've been to this repair shop only a few times, and thought I liked them until now. I took my van in and had an oil change and inspection. They said everything looked great and that nothing NEEDED immediate attention. I then needed to re-register my van and take it to emissions. Once I got to emissions, they opened the hood and there was coolant leaking EVERYWHERE. I then headed back to the repair shop and on my way there, my van overheated and broke down. Then I had to get it towed. Its very strange that this all happened on the SAME day that they did my oil change and inspection. Before this, I had no issues with the van. They completed some tests and stated that I need a new engine and quoted me 10k! My boyfriend then took it home and completed the same block test they did, and it PASSED. He also put in some coolant and now the van is running fine. We then wanted another set of eyes on it and took it to a different repair shop. They also completed a block test and total inspection and stated that it did NOT need and engine and that the block test passed. I am SO happy that I listened to my gut and got more eyes on it. I will now be going to the other repair shop. Spencer auto repair has lost a customer and I do not trust them at all after quoting me for an engine that I didnt even need.★★★★★ 3 months ago

I am not completley sold on this place as of yet. Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic/inspection. My car has been overheating at stop and go. So they told me my water pump had a leak. Afterwards they told me the car was not overheating anymore, however they did notice the engine fans were not kicking on? First of all if you ran an inspection and my chief complaint was overheating how are you just realizing the fans are not coming on until after you fixed the waterpump? Also I parked my car and ran the engine for 15min and it was overheating so not sure how they decided it wasnt overheating. Also told me I needed a battery replacement and I just got a new battery like 2 months ago. Im certainly apprehesive about going back to get the engine fans fixed there.★★★★★ a month ago

just left there because my fiancée said i should get my alignment checked since i got a pot hole because im a lady who drives LOL. the staff was so great and checked it out and came back and said my car was in good shape and didn’t need it and everything looked good! you know how REFRESHING it is to get your car looked at and have them tell you everything is good and not try to sell you anything!! Alonzo, Adam and Austin are true professionals. When you first meet them, you don’t get that feeling they’re out to take your head off. Their technicians are friendly and highly trained. I get the oil changed and tires rotated about every five weeks. They do all the interim maintenance too. This locally owned and operated organization is the real valley deal. I made appointment so they could check my brakes and inspect the front end of my jeep for where it took two hours and they said that the brakes were in good condition but here’s the funny part. They never took the wheels off to look at the brakes ,that bothers me never heard of they can look through the holes through the rims to see how well the brakes are Especially when the back brakes are drum. Two hours what the heck so then I went to big O on the way home stopped and had my tires rotated and balanced. Asked them to check the brakes while they were there and they found a broken Spring on one of the rear drums that was grinding away at the drum itself , after this experience, I won’t be going back★★★★★ 3 months ago

Had many repairs done to my Mercedes and the guys there were very nice and informative. They couldn’t do a couple things i needed because they didn’t have certain equipment that the dealership uses that are necessary for repairs (which is completely understandable) but they were able to do most everything. The repairs were all completed in a reasonable amount of time and the car looked great when I picked it up. They took the time to make sure all the clips and bolts were secure under the hood and the car has been driving great. Dealership quality repairs for much less than a dealership would charge.
