They continued to add little charges and didn't even consult with my wife on one of them. They forgot to put rim key back in vehicle also. One of the techs was chit chatting and kissing on his lady while my pregnant wife was told to wait by her car and he'd get to her. She says he was nice when he did but had her waiting nearly 15 mins while he wrapped up his conversation with his girl. This experience wasn't necessary and I should have bought her tires at Costco where they keep it professional and take care of business! Tires haven't fell off yet so I guess that's good but I feel like I need to check the torque anyways.

I guess I shouldn’t expect much from a Walmart. I went in knowingly I had a taillight out (I just noticed two days ago). I do expect them to check what they write down on my paper. Bunch of liars. Over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. I would have been fine with the length of time if the employees had informed me of the long wait time. When I checked on it, I was told it is almost done. Well, ‘almost’ to them is over an hour. I had to argue with them to get my tire rotation free because they were purchased from Walmart. They tried claiming I had to bring in my proof of purchase. I told them that is why they have a computer. Stupid. Staff was 50/50 with customer service. Some were great and others ... not so much. When I complained about the wait time they coincidentally had my car ready literally in two minutes flat. Coincidence? Yeah. I guess that is Walmart for you! I think two stars is more than generous. I wish we could give half stars. 1.5 stars overall.

I attempted to get my oil changed there, but….after waiting one hour and 15 minutes, and being called and told my service was done, once I got there the manager told me, “sorry”. He explained didn’t get done because they didn’t have the correct tool to take the oil filter off of my incredibly common car, a Toyota RAV4. I was very upset- waited over an hour when I should have been told when I pulled in they were unable to help me because of the type of my car. I will not be returning to this Walmart auto service (or any Walmart-I’ll stick with Toyota like I should have done but was in a hurry) because of the incompetence. This was a big deal to me-I only get one day off a week and every hour is valuable.

So I came in just for some new tires with a warranty I had. I just got told my warranty doesn't cover the wear on my tires. So I read it over and turns out it did. I just kept getting told no without further explanation. Talked to 4 people about this and they all just said "nope doesn't cover the wear" sent me around the place and wouldn't tell me what to do or who to talk to. Finally I talked to juilius and his manager on Sunday and they were finally able to explain to me what was happening and help me out. This quick tire change ended up taking 6 hours of my day off. Even after getting it serviced there were errors on the receipt and they tried to throw in extra services without telling me. I'm disgusted by the customer service provided by everyone but Julius and his manager.

Great price on tires and install. Probably the cheapest around. It cost me $600 for 4 new tires with warranty out the door. My main concern is customer service. The ladies inside were as helpful as they could be but the two gentlemen at the “wait here” drive in area were not very friendly. The first day I got there (4pm) an older guy responds with “what do you need?” I explain to him my situation and as I am conversing with him two more cars pull up. Now mind you this place closes at 6pm so this is two hours prior to closing. Not speaking directly to me he says “oh my god where are all these people coming from it’s 4pm on Sunday!?” To myself I’m thinking “it’s 4...you close at 6..” but I shrugged it off as it was not aimed directly to me. I ordered two tires one day and had to wait for the other two when I got paid Friday. After I got the final two tires I returned home to clean/polish them and noticed huge and deep scratches on my rims. There’s no way to prove it was them but I take very good care of my vehicles and these scratches were not there before. I would buy and have this done again simply for price and convenience living down the street but if customer service is a big deal for you I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Cancelled my tire installation despite the fact my tires arrived! Would not help to reschedule appointment or honor current appointment. Then got stuck with the store and Walmart.com saying the other had to refund me - and still not resolved. Just go to discount and save yourself the trouble.

I had taken my car in for an oil change. Everything seemed fine since I’ve taken it there before and I didn’t have any issues. Expecting to not have any problems again I’m going on like every other day. Until a couple days after my oil change I was driving on the freeway, passed 65mph and my skid plate underneath my car started dragging on the freeway. Upon further inspection we noticed 3 out of 8 screws were missing. Won’t be taking my car there again.

Our tires needed to be replaced on two different vehicles yesterday. The customer service we received from Steven the tech and the female auto manager (I didn't catch her name) was over and beyond. I also noticed how a lot of the techs really worked together. Everyone was concerned with an oil filter put on wrong from a different company two weeks prior. They took care of it for us. We will definitely be back for future services. Excellent customer service!!

Do not take you vehicle here to be serviced!!!! Went to have my oil change on 9-15-23. They open at 7am I was there by 730am. There were two cars in front of mine. I asked for an oil change and for my intake air filter to be changed. It took 2 1/2 hours to have my oil changed, and was told that they didn’t have the right rachet size to change my air filter. Then got a conflicting story that I had lines around my air filter they didn’t want to damage. This is an 03 vehicle that has had the air filter changed many times by other shops with no problems. I talk to the assistant manager over the auto department who didn’t really offer any kind of easement, just said it’s hard to find employees right now. I wish this was the end of my experience but it wasn’t. I get home and do stuff around the home for a few hours then run to get groceries and see my driveway now has fresh oil stains on it. Take the vehicle back on 9-16-23 and tell them I have fresh oil stains from them not securing the plug and they try to say it had already been leaking. Funny I never had lol stains in my driveway until they touched my car. I still got management to refund the cost of the oil change. And have the paper work showing they touched my car so if the issue continues I will just take it to another shop and have Walmart reimburse me for any cost there. Moral of the story don’t take you car here take it anywhere else even if it cost more because you will be saving time and a really big head ache.

Service has gone downhill here. I used to get oil changes here all the time and in and out within an hour, now it takes hours just for my car to get seen. The employee on the phone always says some lie to get you into the automotive side like “oh we can get you right in” and 6 minutes later due to the drive down the attendant tells you something completely else like there are 4 tire appts in front of you so we can’t change your battery until almost closing time ( this was 9 am ). This has happened to me the last couple of times but the affordable and honest oil changes have kept me coming back. However, the morning last week the final straw that broke this girls back was I came in for a new tire since my old was blown out and waited 4 1/2 hours to replace a tire, arrived at 9 am on a Tuesday (not a Saturday) and it took almost 4 1/2 hours. I took my car to Queen Creek for the battery and other oil changes and am in and out every single time. I will never go back here to STV. Terrible and slow service.

I shopped around for a new battery at several places, the dealer, auto zone, Costco, and Walmart was over$100 cheaper for the same battery. They were very helpful as they had a long wait and I was able to remove and install my battery in about 15 minutes myself in the automotive parking lot. They let me use a tool I did not have as well. Cannot say enough about the cost saving and service I received.

I greatly appreciate their speed, efficiency, and the professional courtesy regardless of me coming after checkin cutoff. Do not buy tires here. Ordered them. They sated arrived. Called the guy on the phone hung up on me twice. Then put me on hold for 20 minutes to tell me he cant find them even though the order states ready for pickup and install. He said I need to call the customer service desk. Phone rang for 20 minutes before it picked up I told the lady what I needed and she hung up. Tried the chat feature . Then someone called me. At this point I am an hour in. The person stated I could get a refund or wait 5 more days to get the tires and I would be notified or get a refund in 5 days. Wow. Please pay the extra 50 and go to discount tire.

I came around 7 am to get my oil changed. Talked to the guy at the booth and he got me set up. Never told me a wait time, just told me to pull up behind another vehicle. So I assumed it would be quick, nope. Apparently if there are appointments, you get set aside, no matter the time of those appointments. Wow. So you have 3 bays and your lack of customer service made me wait over 3 hours for an oil service. Had the guy at the booth told me the truth on times, I would have gone elsewhere. I have been coming to Walmart for years for my oil service, but never again. 😡

Waited in line for over half an hour just for him to ask if we had a filter to do the oil change complete waste of time and then he left the hood unlatched very unsafe. My girlfriend had to pull over on the side of the road. I would never do business with them again

I mean, it’s Walmart. So we all know what to expect. However, I pulled in this morning 5/1/25 and asked just to have a tire in the bed of my truck dismounted from the rim. Not a single car in the lot. 2 cars in the bays getting oil changes done. The tech told me he had 2 appointments upcoming later that morning and wouldn’t be able to get to me for at least 5 hours. I asked him again, to ensure I didn’t misunderstand. He confirmed. I’m sure Walmart appreciates it employees laziness. Drove over to Discount in the same parking lot. They had the tire out of my bed, dismounted, and back in my truck before I could finish paying the $7. I only attempted Walmart because it was 7:30am and Discount didn’t open until 8. I figured it was such a simple and quick task. Why not. Never over estimate the abilities of Walmart tire and lube. They must pride themselves on making simple stuff hard and avoiding work.

Don't bother making an appointment! I called and made an appointment for my tires, spoke with Isabella to schedule. She stated that the tires we needed were in stock. Get to the appointment and they only had 1 of the 2 tires we needed. Waste of time!!!!!

Spent 1300$ on tires they arrived at store 1 day late. Went to my install appointment Drop vehicle off 30 minutes later got a phone call saying they cannot install my tires because they cannot lift up my Jeep. I have a 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee. They told me my lift points were too far apart for their lift. I’ve never had this issue at any other tire shop. I asked if they could just jack it up at the left points with a jack manager Devon said no and got very snotty sign my own way got shitty back with him. They had three more jeeps in the parking lot. I told them they better call all the customers tell them they can’t lift up their cars.. proceeded to trespass me from the property they told me I could bring the tires in one at a time myself and they would install them so basically they wanted me to do all the work for them so because they weren’t installed there I now have no warranty there perfect thanks Walmart.

I went to Walmart to get my car checked out for travel with family. They specifically told me that I needed new windshield wipers not one in the wrist. My family safely known that it was gonna probably rain. I agree to get your windshield wipers. Did you know the damn windshield wipers broke.
