I needed to have all 8 shocks replaced on my diesel motorhome and spent quite a bit of time calling around to various shops. Unfortunately, most either gave vague answers, quoted prices that seemed inflated, or just didn’t inspire any confidence that they could or would do the job fairly and honestly. I'm an Owner Operator and recently my truck developed an electrical issue. With an O/O down time is lost revenue time. The truck had been in to 2 different shops and I had talked to countless mechanics, all to no avail. While searching for another shop I came across MFS. I called and spoke directly with Mike. Unlike what you get from most shops, Mike didn't rush me off the phone and say bring it in and we'll look at it. He listened carefully as I described the issues I was having, when they started, when they occurred, and the frequency/pattern of them. Mike was troubleshooting the problem in his mind as I spoke and as soon as I finished he asked me when I could get the truck in. Within hours of taking the truck MFS had found what the other shops and mechanics couldn't. Parts were ordered and then installed the same day that they came in! They had me back on the road as quickly as humanly possible! Everyone that we dealt with at MFS was extremely friendly, professional, and most importantly of all caring! Genuinely CARING! I took my recently purchased used 2002 GMC 6500 Box Truck to Mike's Fleet Service for lift gate issues. While the truck was there I asked Mike to suggest other repairs that might be necessary for my 3000 mile cross country trip. Mike's recommendations were reasonable for my trip. Mike provided a breakdown of the repairs and costs upfront for my approval. I gave Mike the approval and he completed the repairs within his estimated time.
