Auto Glass Stars is fantastic! John took my call, contacted my insurance company to get everything set up, and even followed up the same day to have the adjuster expedite the claim for my windshield replacement. They’re part of the Safelite network, so all insurance companies will work with them. They went above and beyond to ensure my windshield and side cowl coverings were replaced and fully covered by insurance. Daniel came to install the windshield right in my driveway and did an outstanding job. He was quick, yet meticulous, and even returned two days later to install the replacement cowl covers. Very helpful they we’re very pleasant to talk too on the phone helped me with my insurance company and within 1 day. I got a new windshield installed with my glare strip also they had to calibrate my mirror sensors for my adaptive cruise control, collision and auto steering. The windshield installer was very knowledgeable and was very careful not to damage or scratch the car and completed in 1 hour.

He was very professional & the price was reasonable to the point that I felt like on my part was a steal! I would like to say that his work on my 2004 gmc is a work of art. Auto Glass Stars truly went above and beyond when replacing my windshield and handling the insurance approval process. From the initial inspection to the final touch, their service was top-notch. The technician, Daniel, who performed the inspection, was incredibly knowledgeable and installation was super quick. I never got his name but I dealt with someone in the office who helped tremendously with the insurance and helped select the ideal tint color. The new windshield looks great, and the tinting job provided is impressive. The previous 75% tint was enjoyed, but the new 35% tint is slightly darker and noticeably reduces heat inside the vehicle. The technician also washed the windows after the replacement, which sets Auto Glass Stars apart. The results and overall experience were excellent. Auto Glass Stars is highly recommended for quality auto glass service!
