I typically don’t review, but my 10 out of 10 experience today certainly deserves recognition. Larry M with the Commercial Department went above and beyond to help ensure I found exactly what I needed. He was friendly, professional, and patient despite the fact that I hit him with a million different questions. Ricky was also immensely helpful to me and made sure I was in good hands with Larry. The customer service I received from both gentlemen today cemented my resolution that this location will be my Home Store, despite it being farther from my house than other stores. I highly recommend this location and couldn’t have been happier with my service; thank you, Larry and Ricky!

I went in to just look at my car battery problems Ricky was able to solve it quickly and provide a solution and replace my battery for me! He was on top of it very respectful to me and the customers walking in the store was very clean and everyone on shift were so welcoming will definitely come back anytime this change my perspective with autozone I used to live on riverside in Austin and the autozone in riverside is just chaos so I stopped going this is my first time in autozone in a while and Rick himself change my whole perspective y’all definitely have a customer who will be going back ! Had the engine warning sign pop up on my vehicle and stopped by this autozone that was on my way to my travel destination which was a gem as the attendant was polite enough to lend me the store’s electronic diagnostic machine, showed me how to hook it up to my vehicle to get the report from the machine and back in the store showed me what was wrong and recommended what to do, all for free, big help

I would like to make sure the awesome employee that serviced my husband and I this morning is recognized. Sadly, I have forgotten his name but I know he is a Spanish-speaker if that helps narrow him down! Bright and early this morning, he was quick to help my husband and I with battery issues and helping to look up our warranty which I was not knowledgeable about at all. Eric was amazing! He tested my battery and let me know that it did not pass. He then got me another great battery with a warranty and then replaced it for me, cleaning the terminals as well! Straight forward, easy going and nice going man! Excellent service all around! Been living in round rock since 2021 & I’ve always felt taken care of at this location! Helps that my dad was a store manager for 20 years so he pointed me in the right direction to go to them as well! Pictured is my old battery that they replaced and got me fixed up!
