I dropped my car off to get an estimate. The service rep looked at my car and said he would send an estimate. I waited a couple of days and called to remind them, but never heard back. They were very nice, but I ended up taking my car somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to have my car worked on twice. Raul has been very easy to work with and has made this my go-to place when a frustrating car event happens. Prices to repair a car drives me absolutely crazy but if you need it done, these guys will do it the right way.

I never got work done here because of a few reasons but I did want to comment on the service I received that led to this review. I received Raven's Auto Body info through Grand Imports, a place I had previously gotten work done on my car. I was needing to have both of my side mirrors replaced and painted and they recommended him to me. The first conversation I had with Raul the owner was really good. Sadly, after that, it was almost impossible to reach him. I missed a few times to bring my car in for a quote and when I finally did, I was quoted $563. He ended up being cheaper than one other company, Dave's Ultimate Automotive, who quoted $650 for the same job. The entire time I was getting these quotes and asking questions, I was going through the front desk rep because he was either out to lunch or out of the office when I called or stopped by. In the end, after a few weeks had passed and now I needed it to be rushed, I decided not to do the paint and just buy the mirrors myself and he quoted me $250 just to replace the mirrors. The mechanic I went to instead did it for $60, so of course I felt that was a huge difference and is the reason for my review. I saved myself almost $200 by not going through Raven's Automotive. I'm not advising to not choose them for the work you need done, just make sure you get a few estimates before you get the work done. My mirrors are perfect now thanks to another honest mechanic.

I Brought my vehicle in to have some scuffs buffed out , the technician was very thorough about his quality of work. I am definitely pleased with the work that was done. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for solid body and paint work.

Raul runs a tight clean shop and his quote was detailed and accurate. Some shops have the habit of glossing over things and hitting you with them later on once your committed to the job. I am a detail oriented person and I noticed a few things on my Jaguar that would absolutely need replacement in order to have the job done right. Rubber window and roof trim parts that were sun damaged. I took my car for 4 quotes and 3 never mentioned it. Raul immediately pointed these things out and included them in his quote. Always remember you get what you pay for. If your a 99cent menu dollar store person you might be better at MAACO they are cheap yes but there work is garbage. I see a few negative comments here the one young lady mentioning missing a few quotes in a row and then being surprised when a busy company doesn't have time for her anymore makes me giggle to myself a bit. As for the others claiming that he was unprofessional rude well I found that absurd. Excellent shop that speaks for itself when you walk through it. Furthermore if you're looking to commit fraud you might want to go somewhere less professional. This shop receives a Solid 5 star from me.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Raven Autobody is the ONLY Certified Mazda Collision Network Repair Facility in Central Texas and they do not take that accreditation lightly. Raul is hands on and answers any concerns every step of the way— even after you take home your vehicle. Took my 2024 Mazda Cx-50 Meridian edition to Raven Autobody after a sideswipe collision and it was returned to me in stellar condition— like it never happened! Raul is very transparent and honest throughout the entire process and quick to return phone calls and emails. Stop by and see your vehicle anytime during the repair process— Raven shines in their open door policy! He’s fair and advocates for the customer when handling insurance claims. Raul and his team are absolutely legendary. My Porsche Macan sustained a massive hit from a large truck. Raul, and Trinity worked expertly with my insurance to ensure I was given the best possible repair. Picking up my car was euphoric. Seeing it in perfect condition again was like I was getting a new car all over again. I can’t begin to thank them enough for their attention to detail, and expertise. I would recommend any Porsche owner to this shop, especially since they have all the necessary equipment and resources to repair them. Raul made it very clear to me that he expects nothing but the best from his talented crew, and he absolutely delivered. Thank you all for your hard work. Raul and team did an amazing job with my Mazda repair! I was referred to Raven by my Austin Mazda dealership. I was extremely concerned about the paint color matching. I've got a 2025 CX-70 in Polychrome Grey Metallic which looks like 3 different shades depending on what light you're in, so was very worried that the repair color would not blend. Also, the dent was a deep golf-ball sized dent in my door panel, a tricky dent to fix. I was so impressed with how the repair and the paint turned out, looked like new! Raul was very transparent about his pricing and his repair and paint methods, the price seemed a little high compared to other quotes I got, but I think in the end, the other shops would have cost the same, but the work would not have been the quality of Raven -so glad I found them! Highly recommend!

I would give 10 stars! I can't can't Rave enough about Raven's body shop and owner Raul, this is the only approved Mazda body shop and was recommended To Us by Mazda Georgetown themselves after we went through a horrible experience We went to a deplorable fraudulent MD Body Shop Kramer/CP who did not replace our door correctly and caused faultywiring failures to the starting of the car with keyfob. That shop had no idea how to fix and help us, was sketchy, and gaslighting. Raul immediately knew what needed to be fixed, I had taken the car to Mazda and carmax maintenance to diagnosis problems after MD bodyshop made our car worse with exposed wiring door, mismatched panels. Then Raul was the only one to rescue us and show us step by step what needed to be fixed for utmost quality and safety! With integrity and kindness, the work is next level excellent! Wonderful customer service, they work with insurance, but also do what is needed to be done the right and safe way. Affordable and I am so grateful to Raul, Melissa, and the team providing me documentation, estimates, what was fixed, and what was done wrong by the other bodyshop, clearly committed fraud and took advantage of me. I will never take my Mazda cx 30 and cx 5 anywhere else for bodywork! Thank you so much for ending our nightmare and restoring my faith in bodyshops.

Raul, Malissa, and the technicians at Raven Auto Body did outstanding work repairing my Miata after being rear-ended. I chose them for being the Mazda certified shop in the area, and was really glad I went with them. They were meticulous in restoring my car back to its original state, and were completely open and honest about the work required. They were also friendly to work with and helped make the process as easy as possible. I could tell that Raul and his team are passionate about doing great work with an excellent attention to detail, and I'm amazed at the end result!
