This service department is still on point. They have always taken the customer into consideration. For a few years I had the privilege as a customer to work with Joey G (tremendous customer service asset) along with the former service manager (apparently this dealer, Honda Round Rock, lost both to Lexus). Although it’s understandable that people move on how the leadership at Honda round rock lost them will be a long standing question in my mind. This last service I had the privilege of working with De Andre. He helped me a lot and took my thoughts into consideration. As long as the service department continues down the path I had with them previously should be good times. I’m hopeful for the future of this department and wish them the best going forward.

Quality and service has gone down hill here. First of all they will never pick up their phone. When they do pick up the phone they’ll bounce you back and forth between parts & service department. Neither one of them know what they talk about, every time is a different answer. The service advisors will push you away from getting basic services like alignments which their website tries to upsell. Makes it inconvenient to get your car repairs and service done. They will do this but won’t do that. What’s the point in going to this place. Terrible customer service. They just lost a lifetime customer. Taking my family’s business elsewhere. Good grief!

Used the online order for work as it was Sunday and they weren't open. They wound up doing work I hadn't selected and didn't do the emissions test I had ordered. They told me, "You didn't do it right," even though my husband and I did it together and we knew what we'd ordered. The tech even admitted afterwards that it's a third party website so how would they even know? Well, I didn't get the emissions test I ordered but they replaced filters I didn't order and was billed twice as much. So I had to go to a local shop for the emissions test, it took them 10 minutes and they're a few miles away. It's 20 miles of rotten traffic to RR Service and they advised me not to use the website for service because they got it all wrong. You can bet I'll just use the local shop from now on.

Good service. Only my crv got to stay there for little longer than I expected, they gave me a car for a while. But I needed to leave a deposit for it. Like a rental car!! Finally I received my crv fixed , but they didn't give me back my deposit for the car. They told me it was only a deposit and I will have a refund for my deposit! 😐

We had to bring our 2016 Honda Pilot here for a transmission flush that was covered under a third-party warranty. While the car was being serviced under warranty, they called multiple times attempting to upsell other repairs. After the service was supposedly finished, we were called to pick up our car. When we arrived, the check engine light was on, even though this was never an issue before bringing it in. The staff tried to tell us that it was a pending code, which was not true. We had already taken our car to two other shops before this, and both had complete diagnostic reports that had not mentioned any pending codes regarding the injectors. At this dealership, we were told that three out of six of our fuel injectors had gone bad. All three injectors were on the same side of the engine, which is extremely uncommon. At 105,000 miles, it is practically impossible for three injectors to fail simultaneously unless there is a wiring issue, ECU fault, or some kind of mishandling during service. When we questioned how that could happen, we were told that the transmission problem was so bad that it “hid” the injector issues until now. That made no sense, especially since our car ran smoothly before, without any fuel smells or misfires. Our service advisor was Allen, and Cesar was the technician who worked on our car. When we brought up our concerns, Allen laughed it off instead of taking them seriously, while the man sitting next to him looked genuinely uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. The female manager had called us and informed us that she had talked to her "friend" at the previous shop we had taken the car to, and was told that he had spoken to the warranty inspector about that issue, but suspiciously did not mention it to us nor document it. It is very uncommon for multiple injectors to fail at once, so we are seriously concerned about what else might have been tampered with or mishandled in order to profit from our warranty claim. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and took a lot of our personal time driving back and forth. We felt dismissed, gaslit, and misled. If you are paying out of pocket, I strongly recommend not bringing your car here. The service quality was poor, and they seemed more focused on making extra money than fixing our car correctly. Overall, I am highly disappointed, as I have loved Honda my whole life and would never have expected this kind of treatment or lack of care from a brand I have always held so dearly to my heart.

I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service as well as the service itself that I did at Honda Service. It was my first time, my Passport is only a little over a month old, I had a weird crack in my windshield, Xavier explained everything in detail to me, ordered the parts quickly & got my appt right away. After the work was completed my car was left clean inside, he contacted me right away & I even got a video! Usually I dread going to the dealership service but NO more. It was really fantastic - thank you Xavier & Allie for giving me such a great experience!

I had contacted the Service Department ahead of time to let them know my intention was to bring in my vehicle once I could get it jump started. This resulted in an “emergency type” work order being generated which meant upon my arrival, get to work on the car immediately. And that is exactly what happened! Concerning experience, inaccurate diagnostics, and attempted overcharging I recently had my 2019 Honda Civic serviced at Round Rock Honda and was deeply disappointed with the service department, the service mangers, and my advisor, Shawn Kizier. During a routine oil change on February 5, 2026, I was informed there was a transmission fluid leak. I left the vehicle for diagnostics and was later quoted $701.06 for repairs plus a $150 diagnostic fee. Throughout the process, I received inconsistent explanations, initially that the issue involved a sensor and later that it was something else entirely. I was also repeatedly told my warranty had expired, which was factually incorrect. Another Honda dealership confirmed my extended warranty was active. I ultimately had to initiate a three-way call with Honda Care and my advisor to verify my coverage and for this fact to be acknowledged. When I picked up the vehicle, the paperwork did not accurately reflect our discussions. I also sought a second opinion from another dealership to ensure the repair was properly completed. I trust Honda to provide clear and honest service, but this experience raised serious concerns. I will not be returning to this location.
