Well they said they aligned my truck an I drove home the next day 5 hrs away, but it kept pulling hard to the right. So they didn't do what they said, I called them they gave me some warranty place to call an after paying them around 1730.00 for the work, they told me alignment wasn't covered to reimburse me. I had to pay out of pocket again to get it done at a reliableplace. So NO im NOT pleased with their work r honesty.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation for my fist visit which I received fast, friendly, quality service. During my 2nd visit a few weeks later for a manufacturer recommended service I again received exceptional service. I immediately noticed improved performance in my vehicle after the recommended service and plan on returning for any automotive service needs. They have a nice comfortable waiting area and take care of veterans. Great job guys, see you again in 5k miles.

Super folks. Takes great care of ours and extended family. Emory and Terrance treat you like family. They are trustworthy and good on their pricing. I met them when I was helping with Fleet for a company. They can do most any repairs. Super on diagnostics. Quick on small stuff like oil changes, emissions tests and such. While this is a franchise, E and T make it operate like a self owned company.

I’ve brought two different vehicles here, and both times this shop identified issues that others could not. First, my 2019 RAV4 wouldn't start and had a dashboard full of warning lights. A local parts store tested the battery and told me it was fine, but I knew something was wrong. I brought it here, and they correctly diagnosed a bad battery and a faulty knock sensor. They installed an AGM battery and an OEM sensor. Five months later, the car is still running perfectly. Even more impressive was my experience with my brand new 2025 Mazda CX-5. It had a clunking noise that the dealership couldn't figure out (they tried fixing the brakes, but the noise remained). I brought it to the shop, and they went above and beyond—lifting the car and using a stethoscope to pinpoint the issue. They even provided me with a Mazda Technical Service Bulletin about shifting. This gave me the confidence and proof I needed to go back to the dealer for warranty work. Emery, the manager, was warm, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of diagnostic skill. Highly recommended!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years now and have always had a great experience. The team here has fixed my rotors, switched out my brakes, fixed my alternator, my clock spring, oil changes, you name it, they have probably fixed it. They’re knowledgeable, work with you, give fair prices, and have always given fantastic customer service. I tell my friends to go, and are the only shop I actually recommend to anyone asking for a shop to go to.

This is the only automotive specialist I come to since I have purchased my vehicle in 2020. They always take care of me. This is the only location I like. Terrence Underwood is an amazing employee. He always has the best customer service and even has normal conversations with you.!! And then the manager!!! Emery If you want the job done right he make sure it’s done. He’s a great boss and he always make sure I’m taken care of.! Everything about this place is feels like home
