I wish I could put zero stars. Brought my car in from someone sideswiping me. Someone told me that he was good and I trusted that person and I shouldn’t have. This person named PERM that ownes the body shop. I’m not sure if it’s a nickname or what. He acts like he doesn’t care about his company. He owns it and lets other people work on the body of the car. I didn’t get my car for almost a month later. We had an agreement that I could turn my car in when I went on vacation and I would get it back a week later when I came back but he lied. Then later I found out that they didn’t even finish the job and they added more damage to my car. He never checked over what his employee did like a boss should have done. I’m surprised he’s still in business. Please do not go to this place. I am reporting this to the BBB also. Later I found out that the person that worked on my car was no longer an employee anymore and I do not know why. I wish there were cameras to report what had happened, but I looked around and even called and asked and there’s no cameras anywhere. They never finished my door handles. Only the doors on the outside. They scratched the inside of my door like they dragged it across the ground. They left glue everywhere and also other chemicals or oil or something all over my car and white stuff on my seats. Even random places like the front windshield with glue. They didn’t clean up after themselves. Also I tried to clean it up and couldn’t. I have to get it detailed. It’s that bad. They refuse to clean up after themselves and now I have to pay to get it detailed and it’s very expensive. I have proof of everything pictures and videos. When he found out that his employee that tried to fix my car the first time did not do his job I had to take it back in a second time. He said 3 to 5 business days again. He lied and I didn’t get it back for almost 2 weeks. Oh and also when I got my car back the first time I was missing pieces on the inside of my car so they had to fix that the second time and then they finally tried to fix the door handles, but still didn’t do it. They didn’t buff out the scratches or replace my door handles. They only spray painted over it. I almost lost my job the first time I brought it in when he had it for almost a month. I refuse to give my car back a third time because I’ve already lost my job almost twice. Luckily I had someone to help me both times. I know this is a very long message but there’s more to it. There was a line underneath the paint above the door knob and it seemed like they had just spray painted over it just like they did the door knobs and he said that it was a crack on the foundation. It was there when I got my car back the first time so he lied about that too. Also, they damaged my mirror and still didn’t fix it. He even sent a video recording of a new scratch when I brought it back the second time that’s why I was looking for the cameras because I know there wasn’t that scratch that he sent a video of. After the second time of him trying to fix my car there were even more scratches on the outside this time instead of the inside. I will add photos later when I have gathered them in a timely manner as I am busy.

Immediate and fast Service! I pulled in to park and the curb was too high when I pulled out the bumper dragged and was coming off of my car. My son had been rough on his Challenger and had a few fender benders. The front and rear bumpers had major punctures and a large scratch down the side of the paint. I had a ton of shops quote it, but then took it by Advantage. They were unbelievably responsive, looked deeply into the issues and found other ones that had been created by the previous owner, and gave us a great price. Short story: embarrassing work quality, weak service, and awful at correcting their mistakes. No wonder they work under 3 different business names. (Brothers Auto Body, Advantage Auto Body, Ruzzo Body Shop) Long story: I needed a simple rear bumper replaced and minor paint touch up, after someone hit the rear driver corner. I was told my truck was ready on a Monday, I came to pick it up on that Friday as soon as I returned from vacation and the rear sensors didn’t work. The only trouble shooting they tried was disconnecting my battery and offered me a $100 discount since I would need to go pay the dealership to reprogram the sensors ($600+). They didn’t bother to take care of this issue the entire work week that my truck sat at their shop. I constantly have a message now that says my rear sensors need to get serviced. If you don’t mind your replacement parts being warped like the one I received (pictured) and you don’t need your car parts to function as intended, then go right ahead and waste your money at this place. Also, they didn’t replace my bumper with a similar version, this cheap bumper they installed is a two piece, I previously had a one piece. It’s my fault for not shopping around for a second or third opinion in my local area. I fell for the fake good reviews on here.
