My 1 star is about the poorly maintained car wash. I tried to use the car wash a early Saturday morning first I couldn't get the quarters to go in . I then tried to use my card ok that is my mistake but I though hey it's just a quick wash. Well I got a 10 dollar charge and I didnt eveb get use the car wash. I went to lube center to adk about it they said the charge will drop if I dodnt use the car wash. Well I didnt get charged the full 10 bucks I got charged 6 dollars for a service I didnt get to use. Just remember don't use your card at this car wash.

I stopped coming to this location, but saw it changed owners. As other reviews mention they are super friendly and do not try to sell you anything extra. The shop and waiting area are a million times cleaner and “fresher” than before. Grew up in a mechanic family and a clean shop says a lot about the pride you take in your work. Went for an inspection and they got me right in and out. Will definitely come back. Great people to talk to as well. Oh and the shop cat is super friendly. Definitely recommend.

First thought after machine ate 5 bucks of quarters with no pressure coming out of the wand. What a wasted trip and 5 bucks. The worker Daniel at the lube center swiftly took care of that. He reset the pumps and accommodated me with extra time on my initial 5 dollars. Thank you for quickly handling that could have been a bad experience.

I needed a quick vacuuming and the 1st stall didn’t work so went to another.. it was $3 to start the service.. it charged my card $10 fine… but then the vacuum wouldn’t work. I ended up just leaving and head to another spot. This morning I see that they cleared $15 from my account for no reason! Will never go back.

I went to 4 different state inspection places before ending up at Piston Lube. Everyone's system was down or the wait was too long. I swung by Piston Lube Center and it was one guy juggling people left and right, everyone was happy and in cheerful mood. The tech knew what he was doing, he was engaging and answerd everyone's questions with ease and I was outta there in 35 mins. I can’t say enough good things about this inspection shop. They truly went above and beyond. Not only did they clearly explain why my vehicle didn’t pass, but they took the time to give me extra detail on how I can prevent the issue from happening again. That level of transparency and education is rare and very appreciated. What really stood out was their willingness to help even further—offering to support an interim check before I can get back to the person who normally handles it on Monday.
