I wanted to be happy and satisfied but overall, I’m not. Bumper fixed but not one of the bottom headlights won’t come in and the end of the hood has dents on both ends and makes a noise when u close it. They said it was like that when I brought it there and was caused by getting an oil change and they push the hood back too far… hmmm, I don’t think so.

The paint job came out fine. but there was over Spray on my trunk lid and my bumper and around the rear tail light. I'm still rubbing that out with rubbing compound. There were 2 window columns made of black plastic. On the side that got repaired period neither were covered and both were covered in hand prints that damaged the plastic, requiring me to rub that out for well, over 1 hour. And I still have images that are there. The cleanup crew managed to lose the driver's side format. And 1 hour later it could not locate it, nor could they find it the next morning. Brian did order a new mat from the local Chevrolet dealer as the mat came out of my old Chevy when we traded cars. The details are what are important to me, not just the paint job.

I took my vehicle into the mays location and I have had a terrible experience. When I arrived, I said it was my first time doing something like this. The employee was not very nice to me, seemed like he didn’t care very much about any of my specific requests and seemed as if he was taking advantage. Having issues with something inside my vehicle and they are very very difficult with all follow ups and not wanting to take accountability for anything, having me pay out of pocket. Careless and no attention to detail. I would choose a different location.

Do not recommend this Caliber. We have been using caliber collision for years and I’ve never had a problem until this last time. This last time we took our car in to get repaired and it has been an absolute nightmare! The customer service is terrible and so is the professionalism . They have caused so many problems with our car and have not taken responsibility. Choose another caliber to go to, but do not go to this one! I would give zero stars if I could

Caliber collision didnt fix my vehicle completely The truck is still driving badly I had just got new tires and rims the truck was driving well after the accident it’s been shaking whe it hits 60. Caliber lied said it was fine but it’s not i took it back but they don’t seem to know hope to fix it. The lights i had on there ate now loose.

Caliber Collision on Mays in Round Rock, TX I have used Caliber Collision for over 30 years and they just keep getting better. Not only is the work sound and long-lasting but my last experience with Justin and Omar put this facility over the top for me. I highly recommend this facility to anybody who needs work done. My truck had extensive hail damage on all panels including my tonneau cover. I cannot see a single ripple from the excellent work that was done. This speaks extremely highly of the team behind the management and again I highly recommend them. I was extremely lucky to have Max and Jessie as my team behind the management. Rarely does this group get recognized but they are the ones that make you proud when you show others what was done to your vehicle. Talent and experience are what shines and makes you want to return time after time. But this time was different Justin (management) and Omar (customer rep) only added to the Max and Jessie team and made my long-term experience a dream. Not only are they there when you need them status was always available and given to me at the completion of every step. I always felt like I knew exactly where my vehicle was Justin was outstanding as a manager probably the best that I have had my opportunities to deal with and Omar as a customer service interface who you always expect to be good was also more than excellent. I cannot recommend more highly this organization and team. I would go back to them and we'll go back to them for any incident that I ever have need of.
