I came in with a flat tire and found out that it was my tire steam. Being a female I did not know what that meant but they were more than happy to assist me. I was in and out within 15 mins. I will be returning back for their services.

I came here because my tire was on flat at work, I made it up here and they hooked me up with no issues. Service was excellent and they gave me information about my truck that I didn’t know. Top Notch- go check them out!

In and out. All the staff there are friendly and kind. Everyone knows their roles. They asked every question I had. I came in with some 22x12 forged wheels. Not one scratch when I left. I would recommend going here for your wheel and tire needs. They had my tpms sensors in stock ready to go. They seem knowledgeable about their leveling kits, lowering kits, and lift kits. Great environment, and great energy. Thank you for your team! This is now my new spot to go to.

Place is a ripoff. Called up there to see about getting some spiked lug nuts for my truck. Got quoted "$300 for the set" , its a $45 dollar set online after taxes and shipping. This is what I get for trying to give a little business to someone local. Guess Ill be doing this myself for a 1/10th of the price.

I stopped by this tire shop today to get a quote for new tires for my wife’s car. A worker outside kindly directed me to the office for pricing. When I entered, the person inside was on his phone. I greeted him and asked how much the work would cost. Without even looking up from his screen, he replied, ‘We’re expensive.’ I clarified, ‘Excuse me, how much?’ and he repeated, ‘We’re expensive,’ still not making eye contact. For context: I had spent most of the day working on a car, and I was still covered in dirt and grease. I can’t say for certain whether that affected how I was treated, but the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

We got a flat on our way into Round Rock and swung by the shop for help. Javier and his team quickly assessed our tire, even bringing the tire into the shop to show the leak. Luckily, it was a clean puncture, so an easy plug with a warning that there were signs that I had driven on the flat a bit. Once again, lucky they didn’t find any bubbling. In and out in 15 min. Grateful for their quick work.

Had a flat tire and spoke with Cici! She was so awesome and I was so grateful to have found this place!! I ended up needing a new tire because it was so warped on the inside. She worked with me and got my tire ordered and put on within hours!! What I really appreciated was I didn’t get hassled for all these unnecessary upgrades. They just fixed the problem! This is my new go to for anything tires!! Thank you Texas Tires!!!

Terrible service and no accountability. I paid $85 to replace a tire sensor, but the warning light stayed on. Discount Tire confirmed they installed the wrong sensor (see picture). When I reported it, they refused to check their work and blamed my car instead. Completely unprofessional, avoid this shop.

Patched a tire for us a few years ago and it’s still going strong so I went back in today with another flat. They pulled the nail out and fixed it super fast. 10/10 will recommend ☺️

My first visit to a Texas Tires was in the Ft. Worth area, visited 2 different locatiins there and they were great. The guys here in Round Rock are just as good. Had a very short wait, needed a quick valve stem replacement on a tire. Was in and out within 20 minutes.

I invested about five grand in new leveling kit rims and tires when I started driving. However, I’ve been experiencing shaking and rocking ever since. The manager advised me to return the tires, but after five unsuccessful visits, the problem persisted. I had to seek a second opinion at another shop, where they discovered that the rims were dented and that the lights I had installed cost an additional $2,000. Unfortunately, these lights stopped working, so I’ve decided never to return to Texas Tires or any other establishment that offers subpar service. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. He refused to acknowledge the issue and only wanted to make it seem like it wasn’t his problem until I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau. To add insult to injury, a female employee at the front of the store tried to make me feel sorry for her family and try to sell me another tire. I live three hours away from Texas Tires, and I don’t have the time or patience to deal with their poor service. Why would anyone buy them for dinner rims? I don’t understand how they can be in business at all. I would gladly pay double the price to get this job done right somewhere else.

TL;DR: When three other places couldn’t patch our tire on a Sunday afternoon, Texas Tire came through and got us back on the road to San Antonio! My family and I were leaving Kalahari in Round Rock when we discovered a huge nail in our tire and a completely flat wheel. We got just enough air in it to make it to Firestone, but they had a three‑hour wait. Another tire shop across the street said the hole was too big to patch, and Walmart told us their flat‑repair equipment was down. We finally made it to Texas Tire, and they immediately said they could handle it—finished the repair in about 25 minutes, and to our surprise, they didn’t charge us anything. Their quick, friendly, and effective service got us safely back on the road to San Antonio. Thank you, Texas Tire! Highly recommend.
