To the lady who checked me in at service lane: Maybe the next time a customer describes a legit issue, you will actually slow down and listen instead of borderline going on a power trip. I was trying to be as detailed as possible: I mentioned that this issue spawned out of thin air a couple months ago. You said "most issues occurred like that". I mentioned that my phone worked with another vehicle. You said "it could still be your phone. there is nothing we can do from the vehicle's end" I emphasized again it was an legit issue and the fact that I had already narrowed the root cause to the vehicle. You practically said "there is nothing we can do, have you tried unpair and pair again?" And guess how I fixed it? I found this setting on my vehicle and it magically solved the issue, imagine that! I can only think of two reasons behind your behaviors: 1. You think you are better than me. 2. You don't know your own products well enough. Unfortunately, either theory is sad enough. All you had to say was "we will have it checked out". This would've been a 5-star. Technician team was impeccable. Dropped off vehicle at noon and picked up same-day for routine maintenance.

Joe did a great job. I had to get my engine built and unfortunately he couldn’t get the warranty company to cover the spark plugs so I had to pay out of pocket for that. I appreciate that he tried. He was professional and had a great attitude which really helped me cuz you can imagine my mood after being on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting on a tow truck in this Texas heat. Not to mention they finished the work sooner than expected.

The service representatives are not pushy and do not make the problem look dire to make the sale. They actually have suggested cheaper alternatives even when I thought I needed to go for the expensive one. Have been taking my car here for 3 years and I’ve had no complaints except one. That’s more of a Hyundai issue and does not reflect on the service center at all. HYUNDAI you did them dirty and cost them a star!

Although we waited 3 hours for a full maintenance there were a ton of people before me and after waiting on a Monday. I used my time to look at other cars and test drive one. First time going to this location and it was very nice, clean, and spacious. Workers were friendly as well.

am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Hyundai dealership in Round Rock. I own a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 85,000 miles, and despite regularly changing the engine oil at the dealership on time, I always noticed the oil level was dropping between visits. I even requested an engine blow-by test to find the cause, but the technician refused, saying they only perform this test for first owners. Eventually, my car broke down on the road. The roadside assistance technician inspected it and told me the engine had failed. I towed the vehicle to the dealership hoping the engine would be replaced under warranty, especially since the mileage is still low. Instead, I was told the engine would not be covered simply because I am the second owner. This is completely unacceptable, especially knowing Hyundai has a long history of engine failures for these models. Not only did they refuse the warranty, but they also charged me $220 just for the inspection, on top of the cost of towing and the loss of the engine itself. Their lack of responsibility, poor customer service, and refusal to perform basic diagnostics earlier caused me a major financial loss. I will never trust this dealership again, and I do not recommend anyone to service their car here. Very disappointing experience

I just called for my maintenance service and the person (guy)who answered was very rude with an attitude. I did not like the way he talk and his manner. He coughed loud on the phone but did not excuse for his action and kept rude manner asking my information. This department is service department, they need to educate these rude person how to greet customers and help them. Because of this they lost one customer like me.

Excellent service! This was my first time visiting this locations service department for my oil change since purchasing my Kona. My service advisor was helpful, gregarious, and offered help when I was trying to make my way to the waiting area. The only reason I didn’t leave a full five stars is because the timing…I was told it would be an hour and a half and it was a little over two hours, I believe. NOT AN ISSUE for me at all, it’s the only thing that was less than perfect. Thanks so much for the great service!

I don’t usually post negative reviews, but my experience with Round Rock Hyundai’s service department has been disappointing. My 2023 Sonata Hybrid (28K miles) has spent over 17 days in service for recurring issues. Despite multiple visits since July, I was never offered a loaner, making it hard to get to work. Staff are polite, but communication is slow and problems persist. After pickup on Nov 7, 2025 the AC and Bluetooth mic stopped working. I hope they improve service and customer support.
