After avoiding Lambs Tire & Automotive for many years -due to poor customer service, obnoxious salesmen and outlandish pricing-I decided to give them one last shot of redemption.... The Thermostat in my Dodge Challenger went bad in May 2025; (Lambs is just three miles my house) I went by & met with Steve Agurre @ the Teravista area Lambs, who presented himself as very knowledgeable & honest; he had my OEM thermostat installed in a very short time and at a competitive price. Wow! In July, my GMC Canyon pickup, obviously being jealous, was diagnosed with....a bad thermostat! I performed research, did my due diligence and got installation prices from four other businesses. Steve looked into the issue and quoted me a very competetive price for installation . (I bought the OEM part online for over $100 less than Lambs quote...but it came with no gaskets! 😒) It was installed in less than a day and seems to run better than before. I am now a Lambs Credit Card holder...because future repairs & tires will be bought from Steve Agurre at the Teravista Lambs!

Very professional and customer oriented shop! If I could give more than five stars, I would!!! Excellence from everyone with whom I have dealt with at this location, especially David!! The staff at this location are very reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I brought my car to them and they were able to get my car in the bay and quickly diagnosed my Issue. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great mechanics. David took the time to answer any questions I may have had and provided me with all the options available from repair to replacement. David also kept me informed of any updates. Never again will I take my car to Covert Cadillac!!!!! I am extremely happy with the work LAMBS provided and the overall experience they took with my car. I’m happy to say I’ll go back again for all of my car needs. Thank you Lamb’s Tire & Automotive

I had brought my car in for omissions testing and I can definitely say this place gave me excellent service, didn’t try to play games or intimidate me (as some places do to some women). The timing was timely, professional and clean. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you.

Not only do I NOT recommend bringing any vehicle here for service, if you MUST bring your vehicle here, I HIGHLY recommend you seek a second opinion on any quoted work. Brought my vehicle here for an alignment and they tore my front door handle off. It was extremely frustrating to climb over my passenger seat for a week before I replaced the door handle myself. To their credit, the alignment and door handle replacement parts were provided free of charge; however, I received an invoice following the visit that zeroed out the remaining balance. On this invoice was a $200 charge to replace the door handle. The door handle itself was a $40 part, and replacing it took all of 10 minutes following a Youtube video. Buyers beware.

Was passing through when my "low tire pressure warning" lit up. Dave got me in immediately and found the problem, a nail in the sidewall. They were able to order a new tire and get me back on the road safely. I AM grateful!!!

They got me in two hours before close on Christmas ever for an oil change and wiper replacement. My cabin air filter was smushed up, and they remedied that at no charge. Josh was helpful, friendly and cool. Thank you!

I just moved to TX and I don’t know anybody. I’m used to having a close relationship with my mechanic back home who runs a smaller shop. Josh took care of my truck today and made me feel right at home. Couldn’t ask for much more help out of these guys.

I really like Lamb Automotive for my oil change. Love the 27 point check. My only problem is I made an appointment and was told I would have to wait in line with everyone else, so what was the purpose on making the appointment?

I’ve had the scheduled maintenance done on My S550 W222 Mercedes Benz at Lamb’s Automotive in Round Rock on Sunrise on several occasions; that included, but not limited to Factory recommended Oil Changes at specified intervals, to simple repairs plus complex diagnostic troubleshooting. Each experience has been thorough and attention to detail oriented. David is my service advisor he has his finger on the pulse of what it takes. He meets the customer at their level of understanding and gives an accurate assessment of what is going on with my vehicle each and every time I come in for Service. Many Thanks to The Entire Staff, And to you David, JOB WELL DONE….. see you soon…

I had an oil change done here on Saturday, July 6. I dropped my car off that morning and picked it up that afternoon. I went to work Saturday night as usual. On my lunch break I went to the store and while I was in traffic, I smelt a burning oil smell. I thought it was from the traffic that was in front of me. I went home from work Sunday morning and went to sleep. I I got up Sunday afternoon and ran a few errands and went back home around 4 PM. At 6 PM I came back downstairs to go to work and I noticed there was an oil filler cap standing upright on the hood of my truck. It was raining and It was full of water. I snapped a picture of it because I thought surely this could not be mine that belongs on my truck. So I popped the hood of my truck and sure enough there was no oil filler cap on my truck engine. I checked the oil and it was 1 quart low. There was oil all over my engine as well as my steering linkage and my suspension and under the wheel well of my left front tire. So I put in a quart of oil, cleaned up the oil filler cap and put it back on. And then I checked the dash cam of my truck and it clearly shows somebody coming over trying to open the driver side door of my truck. And when they couldn’t, they placed the oil filler cap on the hood of my truck. I suspect that they were trying to put it back on before I could find out what they had done. I live directly across the street from this lambs tire and automotive and I’ve had my oil changed there four or five times. They know my truck very well and it was easy for them to find it in the apartment complex because it is very easily recognizable. Why didn’t they just call me and say Mr. Bunch we forgot to put your oil filter cap on, we are sorry. Please bring your truck back. Had they done that I would’ve understood because people are human and mistakes happen. But they were trying to do this with underhandedness and subterfuge. I called the shop on Monday afternoon and spoke to the assistant manager whose name was David. He told me to bring my truck back in. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was out of state. When I asked to speak to the district manager, he said he could not give me his phone number, but he would contact him and ask him to call me immediately. One week later, I have not heard back from anybody. I asked the assistant manager to drain the oil and replace the oil filter because my fear was that water and debris had gotten inside my engine. They did that for me at no charge. I also called their customer service number and spoke to a man named George. He seemed very alarmed by what went on and told me he was going to contact the district manager and have this noted as high priority and I should expect a phone call within 24 to 48 hours. It is one week later and I have heard nothing back from anyone. My truck has been making a strange noise that it had not made before. I am considering all legal options at this point and I’m still waiting to hear back from the district manager. Do not use this Shop. They are dishonest, and you cannot trust them.

I've been coming here for nearly 2 years. I've been impressed compared to other auto repair companies. I really appreciate how they provide documentation of what they find and share that with their customers. My only "critique" per say, is maybe incorporating a way to show customers the old part that gets replaced? Staff interactions have always been pleasant and professional. I appreciate how they explain what issues may arise and what to look for if it gets worse. Unless, it's a severe issue, they don't make you feel pressured into getting something done right away. In the event, you need to save up before fixing your vehicle. Also, shout-out to Steve and Jesse for helping get my car's oil valve gasket fixed up today before I had to go into work. It's nice not smelling burnt oil through my AC. Definitely a good spot if you're looking for an auto shop!

Big shout out to David for helping us out with the brand new motor. It was a pain through all of what the country is going through to see how long it took me to get my Motor. David did come through. And still helped us out pretty good thanks for the mechanics out there as well for putting me a brand new motor in my 2019 GMC Sierra.

These guys were super awesome everything went way faster than expected. The team was very kind and knowledgeable. I had a feeling the parts i bought were gonna be the parts i needed to fix but when speaking to them we talked about running a diagnostic on the car first. I was able bring my own parts in and pay for labor cost !! 11/10 recommend !!!
