I was told they couldn't make an estimate over the phone, I had to bring my car in. But then when I did, they didn't even ask to see it. They just asked me questions they could've asked over the phone. Besides I have to wait for ever just to get an estimate full of lies. Took it instead to Three Points and what a service I got over there.

This message is specifically for women, & others who need a great place to get their car repaired. I bought a 2009 used SUV in 2016 & luckily got a vehicle that was well taken care of. I've never had any problems since owning this vehicle. Now, a couple of 'original' parts are needing to be replaced. Thinking my SUV would be better serviced from it's 'maker' (KIA), I started at KIA in RRock, but from their delay in contacting me (in HOT July) about the AC compressor that sat there for a few days before calling me to tell me the part was in, to unfriendly techs, & the replacement of 4 'sensors' that they said would 'fix' my TPMS issue but never did--just couldn't go back. Called Dave's Ultimate Automotive in RRock & from the initial 'phone call' Tony & Jason were really kind & ready to help. They value & encourage questions, & they volunteer helpful info about the repair you didn't even know to ask. From my first visit to present (& I still need a few more repairs) ALL work done has been quick & EXCEPTIONAL. Also didn't expect "Dave's" report/assessment of my remaining car repairs to be so inclusive. It had a visual of the tech who worked on my car, "ACTUAL" pics of 'my' SUV's parts that needed to be replaced (with red arrows indicating the 'specific' part being replaced), a video of internal engine sludge buildup to help understand what happens over time, etc. As I left last week, I had previously requested a 'price' breakdown of my remaining repairs. Jason handed me the printout & clarified, "If it were my car, this is the order I'd get these last repairs done". I needed those prices to put in my budget; but he also informed me of better deals/discounts in April, if I chose to wait. Lastly, their statement on their invoices, "Taking care of cars and the people that drive them" is exactly what I've experienced. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, honest & really helpful. I can only speak about my vehicle, but I've always loved my SUV & now I've found a great place to take the best care of my SUV : )

Tried out because of AAA recommendation and discount through my employer. I ended up receiving a higher new customer discount. Tony, the service advisor was very good to work with with a welcoming and open demeanor. Diagnostics were well explained and justified. I was also presented with a 3 year, 36k miles warranty on the repairs. Overall, it look like this will be my go to place for vehicles out of warranty period like 2004 Civic they helped me with. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because they didn’t notice the air filter box was missing a bolt and taped with aluminum tape. It needed a new fastener or two.

Keith and Jason were absolute gems to work with. I even had a good chat with one of their techs when he gave me a ride home. You know you're in good hands when their employees are happy working there. But long story short, I almost got screwed over by my local Mazda dealership for an expensive engine repair. So I decided to get a second opinion at Dave's and ended up saving thousands! Keith was very knowledgable and understanding. Their pre-work report and diagnosis were very thorough (compared to the dealership). The whole experience inspired confidence. They also promised to use a master tech on my engine repair which gave me peace of mind. Now, they are not the cheapest in town but they are definitely honest in terms of what your car really needs (which will save you money). I will always pay extra for a better customer experience. No doubt I will be coming back for future repairs.
