We never buy new. In fact this is the first time thru probably 20+ vehicle purchases. So naturally we were a little skeptical and cautious. However, we could not have been more pleased. Marc Lee was our sales staff and he was spot on with communication, trust and fairness. We had shopped around quite a bit for a 2025 Santa Fe SEL and we were very pleased with their pricing compared to others. My one request of Marc was to get us in/out quickly. The car was ready when we got there. Paper work was minimal and we drive off in less than 60 minutes. Kudos the Marc, leadership and staff. Well done!

I am extremely disappointed with the Service Department at Hyundai of Round Rock. I dropped off my 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited in October for an A/C issue where the passenger side was not blowing cold air. Hyundai corporate informed me there was a grace period since the vehicle was only a couple of months out of warranty and indicated they were willing to honor covered repairs. After several days, I was told the system was simply low on refrigerant. I expressed concern that this did not seem like the correct diagnosis, but I was reassured that the technician knew what he was doing and that I could bring it back if the issue persisted. I paid $220 and was told the repair was not covered under warranty. Not surprisingly, the same issue returned. I brought the vehicle back on 1/5/26, and on 1/6/26 I was informed that the A/C evaporator needed to be replaced. Hyundai corporate agreed to cover 80% of the repair as a courtesy since the warranty had recently expired. While I appreciated the gesture, I firmly believe this repair would have been 100% covered if the issue had been properly diagnosed during the initial visit. My biggest concern, however, is not just the misdiagnosis—it is the complete lack of communication and accountability regarding timelines. When I ask for an ETA, I’m told “waiting on parts” with no estimate. Messages go unanswered or receive vague text responses such as “parts aren’t here yet” or “the tech will get to it first thing in the morning.” Today, after following up again, I was finally told that there are two vehicles ahead of mine and that it may not be worked on until next week—ten days after drop-off. I was also told that “those vehicles have been here longer than yours,” as if that somehow justifies the lack of transparency or follow-through. As of today, 1/15, my vehicle has been at the dealership for 10 days, and I have no confidence in the information being provided or any clarity on when I will get my vehicle back. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has completely eroded my trust in both this service department and the Hyundai brand. Mr. Verghese was excellent. In the beginning he was busy, but he called me back as soon as he got a chance and helped me get the best deal. I purchased my first car in the USA—and the first car of my life—from this showroom. Hyundai has always been special to me, and it felt meaningful because my dad’s first car in India was also a Hyundai. There were a few complications after the initial quote regarding a guarantor, but the team eventually found a solution through a graduation plan. In the end, everything worked out and I’m really happy with my purchase. Great place with helpful staff. Highly recommend!

I am unsure who oversees customer service, but I strongly encourage additional investment in customer service training. The overall experience fell well below expectations and did not reflect the level of professionalism I would anticipate when making a significant vehicle purchase. The finance department was not bad even though the warranties are a bit over-priced.

⭐ 1 Star Review Very disappointing experience. My husband and I went to this Hyundai dealership ready to purchase a used vehicle and had $19,000 available. Despite that, we were treated as if our business didn’t matter simply because of our credit situation. No real effort was made to work with us, explain options, or even attempt to help. We weren’t asking for a luxury car, just a reliable used vehicle, but it felt like once they heard “bad credit,” the conversation was basically over. Buying a car is already stressful, and this experience made it worse. Customers should be treated with respect and given clear options, not dismissed. We will be taking our money elsewhere and do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for understanding, professionalism, or customer service. Thankfully we now have a Chevy 2024!

Be careful shopping here. They are liars and crooks. Bought a new 2025 palisade in June of 2025. It has stopped while driving it three times now. It’s been in the shop twice for about a month. It is a lemon. They keep saying they cannot get it to duplicate the issue. They act all nice but they do nothing to help. I can track the miles they put on it and it’s mostly been sitting in their lot. We brought it in with a small crack in windshield and then we picked it up and the glass was completely cracked. They would not fix that either. This is all happening while my son is going through chemo. So driving a car that’s dangerous an hour each way. They don’t care! Corporate Hyundai also didn’t care. Had to hire a lawyer. Kami in service will pretend to be nice but it’s fake. Beware.

Had a genuinely positive experience at this dealership. What stood out was their no-nonsense approach and complete transparency throughout the process. Brianna, our Sales Associate, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicles, warranty options, and financing programs. She showed great patience in addressing our large family's specific needs. Chase, the Sales Manager, was professional and helped efficiently close the deal. While the process took the typical dealership time (about 4 hours), the environment was comfortable and straightforward. Appreciate their honest approach to car buying. We love the 2026 Palisade Hybrid so far, excellent vehicle packed with options that come standard in the Caligraphy trim.

It was an alright experience not gonna lie they didn’t seem like a serious company at first because what do you mean the only car I wanted was behind a car with a dead battery and I came from San Marcos which was an hour away in an uber and they wasted my time and money going to and from but they made it up by paying for both Ubers and getting me a ride back the next day. I guess there cool the car is good.

I scheduled a service appointment 10 days in advance for my 2024 Hyundai Sonata due to an intermittent check engine light. Because of the appointment, I took an entire day off work. Before coming in, I used my own code reader and captured the diagnostic code when the check engine light appeared. I also took photos of the code and showed them to the technician so they could see exactly what the issue was. Despite having the documented code and a scheduled appointment specifically for this problem, I was told that because the check engine light was not actively illuminated at that exact moment, they would not evaluate it under warranty. Instead, they wanted to charge $220 just to “diagnose” the issue I had already identified and documented. This is extremely frustrating. Modern vehicles log fault codes specifically so intermittent issues can still be diagnosed after the light turns off. Refusing to even investigate a documented code unless the light happens to be on during the appointment feels like an excuse to bill customers rather than honor the warranty. Taking a day off work, scheduling well in advance, and doing the basic diagnostic work myself should have made this process easier, not harder. Very disappointing experience with the service department.

It's rare for me to write a review and very rare do I write one in google, but this experience is worth reviewing. I was very hesitant to purchase another vehicle from a dealership as ALL my history of doing so ALWAYS left a bad taste in my mouth - ALL of them. I've bought online the past couple of purchases and vowed to never do so with dealerships. Well Hyundai's latest deals and the much improved product line was too much to pass. So, we took the risk and glad we did. Hyundai's staff, and specifically Victor Q., made our buying experience a pleasant one. No pressure sales tactics. He dealt with us genuinely like actual humans and not just another cash cow or sales prospect. He was very helpful, patient with us and went out of his way going out and beyond to really take care of us. Allowed us to leave the property and come back another day to make our decision. What a concept! This experience was night and day compared to all my past dealership purchases where everyone resembled vultures waiting to dine on customer flesh. I will have to drop name Nissan. In my twenties I bought my first brand new car at the Hayward, Cali dealership and was actually put down because I was too picky and it was a terrible experience. Never will buy that brand. Sorry, I hold grudges. =P There are other brand names too. Anyway, Victor Q. and the entire Round Rock sales team as well as their finance team were very gentle and easy deal with. The result: We are very happy customers and they've won our loyalty. We are currently enjoying driving our brand new Hybrid Santa Fe and guess what? We didn't have any sort of bad after-taste in our mouths after completing the sale. I can't thank Victor enough. Never met a sales person this down to earth and real.

I never write reviews, so please know that it means a lot that I took the time to write this! I'm not a car person. The internet always tells you to bring someone with you to make sure you aren't taken advantage of, so I was very nervous going to trade in & lease a car on my own. I started off by messaging with Alyssa about what I was looking to do. Not only was she helpful and kind, but she also matched my communication style and spoke to me like a real person rather than a transactional client. That means a lot! I worked with Victor O. to complete my purchase. He was extremely personable, sympathetic, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I know a lot of these salespeople say that they advocate for you and not the business, but you could tell he was genuine when he says that. He's also an extremely talented artist. Ask him about his book! The staff and general environment were extremely friendly and laid back. Everyone I spoke with was extremely patient and took the time to answer the silly questions I had such as: - What's a horsepower? - Do I need to call the government to tell them I got a car or something? - What's a deductible? - How do I give you money? I've never had a checkbook. You don't need one of those, right? People say that getting a car is a horrible all day experience. Sometimes it is, but not here! I arrived around 2:00, and was on my way home with my new car by 5:00. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured to purchase a random cashgrab warranty or sign something I didn't want to. Sure, they presented some options (all dealerships are going to do that) but they explained the benefits of each one and I did not feel obligated to give them more money than I was willing to. I know exactly where I'll be going when my lease is up in three years. Also, Alyssa (pictured below) is extremely slay and my new bestie. Thank you to everyone at RR Hyundai! ♡
