Went in with our vehicle with needing one of our front door locks on our SUV to be quickly looked at because it isn’t locking due to our autistic son messing with the “child lock”. They quoted me over $700 and were booking 3 weeks out and when I asked if they literally couldn’t even look at the door for a couple of minutes and if there was no possible way for it to be a simpler fix than that he said “no, we would have to take the whole door panel off and it’s more than likely he broke the latch so we would have to replace that.” I asked for another suggestion and he named a couple of spots and said he gets vehicles from those places all of the time (alluding to the fact that he fixes their mistakes all of the time.) I ended up going to another place nearby and not only did they look at it same day, they shuttled me home and came back to get me and the fix was just as simple as I had thought it could be, not needing to take the door panel off or needing to replace the part that E&T had quoted me. When I called to give them an update of the whole situation I explained everything only to have him pretend like he heard nothing I said because he had to “switch phones.” I’m glad I didn’t stay at E&T to be taken advantage of and listened to my gut to go elsewhere or I would be out $700.

I wish I had found this place years ago! The mechanics at E&T Automotive are knowledgeable, decent, and honest! After being treated in a condescending manner and overcharged at another repair shop, I was on a mission to find better auto mechanics and was impressed by E&T. They were kind and understanding and listened patiently to my concerns. I have a 20+ year old car that I was taking on a long trip and needed to know if it would make it. They gave it a full check up and did not find anything of concern and they were correct! My car and I made it safely to our destination and it continues to run perfectly. I also had a few other issues that needed to be taken care of and they even presented me with options to help decrease the cost of some of the repairs. There was even a squealing noise that they were able to address easily that had somehow eluded the prior repair shop. I simply can’t express what a gem this repair shop is and enthusiastically recommend them to all my friends now!!

Was having trouble with my ford explorer bogging and losing power . Richard not only took the time to diagnose problem to ensure we were fixing what needed to be fixed. Turned out it was fuel pump and they tested it before I picked it up. Second time I’ve used ETS Automotive and will definitely make them my go to shop for future needs .

Another shop told me i needed all kinds of suspension work and it would cost $3k. I took it to E&T and they check out my truck and said the suspension was fine, old but still at 95-99%. I was super relieved and asked how much for the diagnostic and the man said NO CHARGE! This is a very rare shop, customer focused, reasonably priced, and honest with quality work.

I have discovered that the few modifications I have had done to my Honda Passport are much more difficult than your average SUV. E&T came highly referred by a friend of mine who's been taking his cars to them for 20 years. I've been taking my cars here for the past year and at this point they've worked on all of my cars on multiple occasions and I've had a great experience every time! Their estimates are always very reasonable and the work is completed quickly and very well! They tell you as it is and aren't trying to sell you extra crap you don't need. I'll definitely be continuing to bring my cars here as long as I can! (Also for those of you driving 20+ year old cars like me, I've never had an issue with them refusing service like I've had at other shops before)
