Fast service...was on 8hr road trip and noticed low tire pressure & found a huge screw in my tire. Called a few places to check their wait time and price on patching or plugging the tire. Glad we picked this place. We were seviced in 20 min total with a $10 fix cost and got back on the road!

I want to highly recommend this tire shop for all they do. I’ve lived here for 2 years and found them driving by once with an emergency flat tire. They took me in and fixed it asap. Every time I’ve come they’ve gone above and beyond to help me. Never can get tired of seeing them with unfortunate circumstances however I’m glad when I go they always go out of their way to repair any/everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

These folks were awesome from the very start. I went in close to closing time, and I was still greeted with a smile by the older gentleman that may work the front. When I told them what I needed done, Angel went above and beyond to help me out. He was even willing to sit back and chat with me for a bit after he got done. I've got some vehicles, and get tires from time to time, but these guys are CHAMPS and I couldn't recommend them higher.

I had a nice experience with the nice workers. They have an air conditioned minimally decorated decor (see picture) waiting room. I was charged the usual $20 to mount and balance a tire I brought with me. Tire was pumped to about 40psi and wheels slightly over torqued, which is usual for these types of shops. I just let out some air and re-torqued it when I got home. No complaints otherwise. The trade-off with a big box tire shop is that those will usually torque the wheels and get a little closer to the right inflation pressure. But those also won’t install a used tire bought off of eBay like these guys will.

I cannot put in to words how amazing this place was to us. I am not from this state and had my tire damaged to the point where we would be stranded here for at least 2 days. These guys are quick and dependable. They have repaired several tires on different cars. Even though I have big company tire warranties, I skip the hassle and come to Real’s for an affordable, quick repair. I’m glad that they expanded into a bigger space to offer more of their great customer service to others.

I am 37 weeks pregnant I went on Friday the 24th to buy 2 front tires for my work car and this place put the driver's tire on me without a screw or without adjusting it and when I left there at Sam Bass I dropped the tire and lost control of the car… good luck there was no one on the street and I didn't have any accident other than the scare and my blood pressure surges and in my condition this is very bad. The 4 workers who are there worked on my car, none of them took responsibility for the incident... they treated it as something normal... They also damaged the car trying to put the tire on the car, I have a photo to prove everything. ADVICE if you want your life do not go here they are irresponsible, likewise I would have lost my life or that of my unborn baby😭😭

The people there were nice and its also convenient for people who only speak Spanish because all the employees spoke Spanish. It was quick and easy but it did cost a lot ($50) to get a tire filled in. So I would have to agree with some reviews that its a little pricey. The place itself looks really sketchy, at first I didn't even know if I was in the right place but nice people. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to resolve the issue and when I got it back an engine light notification on my car lit up and that made no sense to me because thats never happened and it wasn't going off before I got there, only when I left the shop. I went to 3 different places afterwards to try and fix it and they couldn't figure out why but the instrument told us something was wrong. A week later the engine light went away so definitely something that happened in the shop not before or after which was pretty tedious since all those trips took a few hours. I went to Sam's first, they couldn't do anything, then an auto parts store where I was told the problem but not how to fix it, called firestone which would make me pay $100 to see what the problem was not actually fixing it, then I went to valvoline where I got an oil change to see if that would resolve it and that didn't help but lovely people and were trying to help me find out what was wrong. Overall, going to this store actually made me go to 3 more b/c of whatever they did.
