I have had a Nissan Maxima for paintless work repaired, and then brought my Chevy PU in for a hood and tailgate damage. The black paint matched perfectly. The quality work, and reasonable price is worth the drive from Marble Falls. I highly recommend them, and I'm taking my own advice and taking my Ford Fusion in for hood damage and headlight. Living on a ranch is tough on the vehicles, but my wife still likes them to look good.

If you really love your car, then don't take your car to this place to get it repaired. They are the worst I've ever seen in time management and customer care. They quoted different prices at different times (employees not in alignment) and they don't stick to their scheduled appointments (asked to bring my car at a later time and this happened multiple times, wasting my time). Bottomline, you'll definitely regret if you take your car to this place for repair, even if they quote you a cheaper price! Hope this review will help you all in advance to take the right direction and avoid this place. Wish I had read other reviews in advance where other customers have also clearly quoted that the owner was rude and unprofessional!

When we first arrived one of the guys told us if we were there for hail damage to take it elsewhere even though "Mitch" told us to bring it up there. Had our truck for 4 days before doing a write up when initially he said it would he done the next day 3 days prior. Made some kinda fake phone call to the Geico rep while we were there and said that she said she would call him back (I don't think he called anyone). Then he tells us we had to go somewhere else due to the insurance company not allowing them to do the estimate. Picked up the truck and the electric folding mirrors had obviously been pushed in by hand. Almost ruined the electric motors. Decided to just leave after getting them working before anything else they touched had a malfunction. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They did an amazing job! Dent in back fender and pulled it out and buffed a bit. It was painless dent repair but cheaper than my deductible and saved us from the insurance claim. Looks great! With two teen drivers I’m sure we will be back. 2020 Honda Pilot Thanks guys!

Attempted to have a fender dent removed, that could not fully be fixed..despite the initial quote. This resulted in paying half of the quoted price....which was too much for a two hour job that turned into a five hour waste of my time I noted later that the paint on my bumper was rubbed off because of gaining rear tailight access. They never noted this, but clearly saw it when re-installing the taillight housing. I recommend paying more to a more reputable and qualified body shop. This ain't it! Drive by this place and don't look back!

Beware...The Paintless Dent Shop -1919 N Mays St, Round Rock I had the worst experience with this shop. They use to be my go to, until I got gotten, trying to help a local small business. A job that should have taken no more than month turned into over 4 mos. and the repair and service was shabby. He had lied and promised to get the correct part and I repeatedly called and there was always some excuse why he hadn't come through. So as of today the insurance company has paid in full, while the part received is defective, he put the wrong part on the wheel cover, and the license plate was not repaired. What upsets me the most is that I gave him every opportunity to get it right. It was always I have to go pick up the part (3 mos.). He abused my trust and caused great frustration. This was an economic hardship on me because I had to get a looong extension in using low budget rentals. In conclusion, beware of The Paintless Dent Shop.

These guys are great, they work hard and do a great job. I’ve taken 3 trucks to them over the years usually for small stuff. They always comeback looking brand new. Today I came in, he was busy but fit me in. Had a ding at the top of my rear door in my TRX. Walked over to Kerby Lane, had breakfast and they had me done in 45mins. Thank you for squeezing me in and taking care of this.
