I recently opted to check out certified used cars at Round Rock Toyota. I wasn’t thrilled about buying a newer car but realized my current car was getting up there and likely would start to incur rising costs for maintenance. And I really dreaded the whole process of interacting with sales reps and going through that process. Adam Zimmerer approached my son and me and after getting an idea of what I was looking for he told us to walk around and see what vehicles were available. After we did that for a bit, he approached us, and after getting our views on what we had already seen, he helped me focus on the few cars that met my criteria. I asked him some questions and felt comfortable with his responses, never feeling rushed. He was very helpful without ever being pushy and I can’t convey how much that meant to me. I would recommend anyone who has similar discomfort about making these large purchases seek him out because he was great. I also appreciated the relaxed effort on the after sale items, as well. No pressure which was a pleasant surprise. The financing process was very easy and didn’t seem to take as long as it has in prior vehicle purchases. So this has been a great start for my relationship with Round Rock Toyota and I have no doubt that it will continue

Mark, Matthew, Angel and Ricardo made me feel like a VIP. This is by far the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. I was able to get a new 2026 Corolla at a lower price and better interest rate than the 2024 Corolla I was considering at Carmax. I’m a very happy customer and LOVE my brand new car. This was one of the only dealers to negotiate via email. I did not live local but I drove 3 hours to do business with them! They negotiated with me via email, and sent an official buyers order to me in my inbox when we agreed on pricing! I drove to the dealer and was in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. Their staff welcomed me immediately upon my arrival. I will do business again with them when I need another vehicle. I wish every dealer had this mindset! Thank you for the simple and easy buying process.

We ( my wife and I ) had a wonderful experience buying car here last week. The entire sales consultant team was a pleasure to work with—professional, friendly, and very flexible. From start to finish ( test drive and purchase contract ), the whole process took about an hour, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Abhi Patel, the knowledgable young sale man, was at the front door meeting us around 11:00 am, then, listened carefully what we like to test drive and took us a road test explaining the functions of this car of Toyota Crown, answering serval questions and we were satisfied/happy with this test drive. Rene Najera, the team lead, another professional young guy, understanding the sale business and respecting buyer options , we did not waste much time at the table, and made a quick purchase contract. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the customer service was truly outstanding. I planned to write check but didn’t have my checkbook with me at the time. Even then, the team was incredibly accommodating. After I left the dealership to take care of other commitments, including a doctor’s appointment ( at 3:00 pm), they went above and beyond by coming to pick me up around 5:30 pm during rush hour so I could return and complete the purchase. Elmer Piche, the financial staff was skillful to use his big table screen to complete the paper work in 30 minutes and I can drive the car home in time for a late dinner. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. We really like the car and are very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused car buying experience.

I recently purchased two used cars from Allen, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Allen was incredibly responsible, kind, and consistently made me feel like a valued customer both before and after the sale. He went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicles that fit my specific needs and budget, constantly checking for even better alternatives until the very moment of purchase. What impressed me most was his after-sales service. I discovered a small dent on the lower part of the car that I had missed during the initial inspection. When I mentioned I wanted it fixed, Allen went out of his way to arrange the repair around my busy schedule. I was truly touched by his dedication! Waiting for my new cars at Round Rock Toyota was a pleasure—I enjoyed the free coffee and the friendly atmosphere created by the entire staff. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase. The facility is large and has a very good selection of cars. The salesperson who helped me was nice, and I believe he was genuinely trying to help find a solution. My issue is with the system itself. The process to determine the vehicle's price was illogical and wasted a significant amount of my time. The first lease payment I was shown was over $600 per month. After a lot of back and forth, the final number was under $200 per month. This is a difference of more than 300%. Why would the process begin with a number that has no connection to the final, correct price? This feels like a system designed purely to test a customer's tolerance for overpayment, which is not an efficient or logical way to conduct a transaction. It shows a lack of respect for my time. I do not understand why car pricing cannot be an upfront, structured system like you find with online configurators. A logical system would allow you to input the variables (the specific car, the down payment, the trade-in value, the promotional rebates) and it would output the single, correct price. The worksheet I was eventually given was so convoluted I had to have it analyzed separately to understand it. I personally feel I would trust an online calculation from an automated system over this process, because it would be based on consistent logic. In conclusion, while the people might be nice and the cars are available, the pricing system is fundamentally broken. I cannot recommend a process that is not transparent and logical from the very start.

Sammy and Rene were awesome, met other members of the team that were super pleasant! I’ve been hesitant on getting a new car because I was afraid of asking way too many questions but these two guys were just awesome, I felt welcome, the process was very communicative and they never showed any frustration with my many questions, I got my favorite model and the contract was explained throughly! Typical dealer games, acting like I'm trying to test drive a Porsche. Bought 2 cars from Group 1 Hyundai, they roll out the red carpet when you have good credit 😂. Was able to get me 0% financing. Better tech and never had any issues with KDM cars.

2/22/26 Amended Review from 1 ⭐ to 5⭐. IF YOU WANT RESULTS WRITE A REVIEW. Within 24 hrs, Service Manager, Angel Candia (prev my finance rep for the car buying process). Finally I was listened to and helped w getting the TEC wheel and tire canceled was remedied (received notification and paperwork 2/20/26) as well as a gift card for all my trips up to the dealership for issues/sensor issue. Angel was great and I felt more at ease with the process and felt they listened. Lots of texting/calls but finally results. I purchased a Windshield Glass Warranty. Doing reviews works!! Go see ED LITTLE AT HONDA, he's great, honest and straight shooter. //// (Edited) TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced. Lack of Communication and followup. I've never had such poor service with a such a BIG TICKET PURCHASE. I have not had smooth process with buying my RAV4 HYBRID car and dealing with the team on getting my warranties set up properly. I'm still waiting on modified paperwork. It's been 3 weeks!! It is not Instilling TRUST IN ME that they are honest or going to do a good job.I loved my two Toyota's before this and never have been dealt with like this, dropped like hot rock, no answers to emails. FYI Toyota manuf does give 2 years free maintenance at 10k mi each oil change, this is not standard nor good, do 5-6k. BIG RIPOFF AND ISSUE WITH TEC MAINTENANCE WARRANTY! I bought a 5 YEAR warranty ($1495 reduced from 2k) that they stated STARTS "AT THE SAME TIME WHEN YOU BOUGHT THE CAR." UMM 🤔 that's a total rip-off. I get two free years from the Toyota manufacturer and the overlap is nothing different I'm losing four oil changes with their warranty. I'm in essence LOSING 2 YEARS OF MY PREPAID warranty. I argued for a wk, explained it to them it should start at the end of the two years. Back and forth, escalated escalated to Francisco Mendez The sales manager and he called me and promised me extra 2 years extension. I've been working on this for almost a month. No responses to emails to Francisco, noone has a clue. "it's at corporate now," (they are going to screw me). 2/6/26 I went there and actually spoke in person to Francisco Mendez for the first time and he stated that they can only do 6 years (unable to do 7 years 🤔). I insisted he promised, he handed me a printed out page for two free oil changes/TR for 7th year that was owed to me. I was grateful for that and no paperwork. 2/9/26 I had a re-tinting appt, there at 10a ,(tiny done 1130) and left at 6pm, so much miscommunication about where my car was, looked at or not for wiper fluid sensor going off (first night and sensor was on, went back 2 other times not fixed up, brand new car!). Also asked about my paperwork. Still "we are still in the process." My salesman Joshua is a nice guy but he's pretty new. He does take my text messages and is attentive to some degree but he doesn't have much pull. Sam is his mentor and above him, not much help there, slick feeling and not there for the customer but to make money, doesn't listen. I have left messages w mgmt, emails and I'm just at my wits end. Once you reach you are 30 days everything is prorated and you don't get your money back. I found another dealer in a different state that's willing to give me my comprehensive plan for $1,800 and no deductible, Platinum same coverage (makes me wee nervous buying it out of state though). I'm about ready to tell them to take their warranties and shove it. SHOP AROUND. I hope for help. I have emailed Mark Trimble as well. I want this ESCALATED!! They make you wait around all day for supposed waiting for the financing, you're tired you've been there 7 hours trying to make decisions with no food and it's late u have to work the next day. Using screens is not the best way to have somebody understand what they're signing. Angel did my financing. He was nice he gave me a plant-based shake saved me from passing out. Update: 1045 2/16 received call from Angel, his solution to offer to cancel all my warranties. Uh no.

Armani Berenji was absolutely helpful to me & my sister we both went in stressing about buying a car and Armani asked us what we were looking for. Then he did his homework and showed us a few car and we both found the perfect cars for us. With his help he made everything so easy. And not stressful. Turned out to be exciting actually.
