GP1 provided exceptional customer service. Due to business requirements, I was on a tight timeline to have my van returned, and my case was appropriately escalated to a manager, Jason. He demonstrated professionalism and accountability by closely managing the process and ensuring the vehicle was returned on schedule and in excellent condition.

I would not recommend GP1 RR for any level of service needed. Our experience with this location included misleading timelines, threats to hold our vehicle longer than necessary because we dared to question why our windshield replacement was not completed by the end of day 3, and receiving a phone call from our service rep nearly three months after completion threatening us with collections because they had not received payment from our insurance provider. I spoke with our insurance claims dept and found out the delay in payment was due to GP1 continually submitting the claims forms with errors. When I pointed this out to GP1, I was told that regardless of their own mishandling of the claims process they would be coming to us for full payment on the 90 day mark. My recommendation is to avoid this group if possible.

My truck was in there for 1 month and 1/2 almost, was told they were waiting on parts for quite some time and what not. Long story short i just got it back 3 days ago and was told it came out perfect. It did NOT, the paint was dripping and all dryed up, the clear coat is peeling from the front, the paint is HORRIBLE the paint job is the worst i’ve ever seen the paint is literally all wavy it is not smooth like my other side is and how i told it was going to be exactly like the other side, the dent i had previously in damage is still there and i even have a new dent on my driver side of my truck that wasn’t there previously when i took it, and my door from the inside is all loose and wiggly. Overall don’t recommend at all.

I have used GP1 several times now and every time is an excellent experience. They keep you updated on the progress and it’s always ready when they say or sooner. The end result of the repairs is top notch and the detailing they do is perfect.

Audrey and Rich are great at what they do. None of us want to go to a body shop. If you need to visit a body shop this is the place to go. The level of customer service is beyond any thing I have ever experienced. This places does extremely great work. Every staff member here is focused on YOUR level of satisfaction. This is the highest level of quality work you will find in the area.

I recently had my car repaired @ Group 1 Automotive, Dan Wheeler was personable and professional. My car was ready ahead of schedule, looks great with quality craftsmanship. The front desk personnel was polite, considerate and professional and I would and will definitely refer friends and family. As a bonus, the inside of my car was cleaner than when I bought it in. Great job, Daniel Wheeler! Thank you, Shelley Ransom

Everyone was super helpful and got my car taken care of perfectly. I even got it back a week earlier than expected which was fantastic. Big shout out to Taylor for being so helpful & patient but also to everyone there! Anyone I interacted with was super kind. Definitely recommend!

I recently had my car repaired at GP1 Collision in Round Rock, Dan and Taylor made a stressful situation go very smoothly. After a hit-and-run, I thought my car would never look the same, but I was wrong! Seeing my car after the team worked on it, I was truly amazed; it looked like I just got a brand new car! The entire GP1 team is fantastic from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any repair needs. Thank you all for doing a phenomenal job! :)

I had my car repaired at this collision center after an accident that wasn’t my fault. While the repair itself was fine and covered by the other driver’s insurance, the customer service was awful. When I picked up my car, I asked the service advisor, Taylor Strong, if they had removed a nail I’d noticed in the rear driver-side tire. Instead of answering politely, he snapped back: “We just spent X amount of money on your car and it’s back to brand new. All he had to say was, We don’t do that here. Period. No need for the aggressiveness. The way he spoke to me was as if I worked for him or like he personally paid out of his own pocket to fix my car. Completely arrogant and unprofessional. I later took the car to Discount Tire, and the nail wasn’t even all the way in, it cost me $0.00 to fix. This wasn’t about the nail, it was about the treatment. The rudeness, the tone, and the total lack of respect were unacceptable. I will never return to this shop and cannot recommend it to anyone who expects basic courtesy.

GP1 Collision did an amazing job on my car repair! The staff are friendly and answered any questions I had. The whole process was seamless. Maureen kept me informed of the repairs that were being done and they had my car finished ahead of schedule!! This is the only shop that I will take any vehicle too that needs body work done!

Had damage to my bumper after an accident. Took my vehicle here after reading reviews (reviews were mixed but decided to give them a fair chance). In hindsight I should have gone elsewhere after this experience. They did not align the driver side headlight to the bumper component. Now there is an obvious gap. When i pointed it out to Jeff he apologized and said they would fix it, since they also completely forgot to fix/replace a visibly broken plastic trim insert in the bumper along the bottom on the driver side, they replaced the (other side insert that had no damage). I had to leave my vehicle an additional few days. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the bumper was still not aligned to the headlight. Jeff said it would “fan out”… I am not an expert in car body shop repair but do not see how it would “fan out” and fix itself if the bumper is supposed to be secured firmly to the vehicle. They were sure to charge the insurance though and collect payment from them. Fast forward to now August. This repair was done in May. The bumper paint is starting to peel at the bottom corner. See picture attached. Poor paint job from what I can see. 9/18/24: To address the comment by the person who replied to dismiss my review. I have posted a picture of communication I received only after I posted this review. Jeff definitely was your employee and my repairs were performed here.

GP1 Collision was a recommended shop for a rear end collision I suffered. They had excellent communication and all repair work was done in a timely manner. I appreciate that they detailed the car before it was returned to me. I would definitely recommend them for body work repair.

Both my husband and I have used this company 3 times now. We were impressed with first two visits and reason I went back 3rd time. My car has been at this shop since end of February. I got regular updates until mid March. I was supposed to pick up my car on 3/28. When I didn’t hear from Eric, I drove there hoping to collect my car. I didn’t even have to go in coz I could see it at the lot, still with major damage. I didn’t bother them, I contacted my insurance to extend my rental. I haven’t heard from anyone and I stayed patient knowing about parts delays. Early this week 4/17, I was told my final rental insurance coverage will be on 4/22. So I contacted Eric to find out when my car will be ready. Mind you, haven’t heard from him since mid March. He told me the final missing part was the wheel, they had it and were going to install it, then complete wheel alignment. And he was to update me before end of the day. Didn’t hear from him, alright they’re busy people and am not their only customer. Today I called again, 4 days later. “Wheel has been installed, planning on wheel alignment today. I will contact you with an update.” Should I really trust this??? I haven’t even paid my out-of-pocket $500, and am already out $$$ from paying my part of the car rental. Can y’all at-least consider length of stay for repairs and prioritize? I really need this sorted out please. And Eric, please improve on communication. It makes a huge difference. I understand you’re busy, but communication is part of customer service in this era. 5/10/2023 Thank you Daniel for the follow up. I actually left you a voicemail today. I have attached pics of my car after repairs so you see why am flustered. I showed your tech Eric the front part of the hood before I left your lot and he minimized my concerns. Two days later, the left part started gaping and the front part of the hood became wider. I dropped my car yesterday and was told they would repair and promised a rental should they need my car longer. I called in the evening and apparently more parts need to be ordered to fix my car properly. You had my car for two months, I guess all parts finally came in and reason my car was returned to me, why did Eric do such a shady job? I owe $$$ in rental car fees and now am out of a car again because someone neglected to do their due diligence within the 2 months they had my car. And apparently the updates I had been getting before, were for another car and not mine, hence the reason for the delay in getting my car back (as per Eric, he didn’t realize that he had been giving me the wrong car updates because he has 50 cars assigned to him and he’s mostly stuck at his desk. I couldn’t believe this statement and I acknowledge that I lost it). I pray that I never need your services again. Could someone get back to me about a rental please. I shouldn’t have to add to my $2k bill already for your mistakes. Please see pics below. Am more than happy to share the before pics for comparison.

GP1 had my vehicle for six months for repairs, and they did a fantastic job with the work itself. GP1 was aware for at least a week in advance that I would be picking up my vehicle. However, when I arrived, the vehicle was completely dead. It was clear that it had been sitting unused for months, which caused the battery to fully drain and fail. The team jump-started the vehicle at the shop, and it started, but multiple computer errors appeared immediately. I was able to drive it to a commercial lot—not nearby—and since I live over an hour away from GP1, returning it to the shop wasn’t practical. Once parked, the vehicle wouldn’t start again. GP1 agreed to replace the battery, but because I couldn’t get the vehicle back to their location, I ended up missing an important engagement due to having no transportation. I do want to acknowledge that the service representative made a genuine effort to help—he came out after work to replace the battery himself—but unfortunately didn’t have the right tools to remove it. We attempted to jump-start the vehicle again, but it still wouldn’t start. It then took me three days to find a tow truck service large enough to transport the vehicle to a dealership. For future reference, I would recommend the following to improve customer experience: A) If a vehicle remains on-site for an extended period, start the engine at least once a week. B) Before a customer’s scheduled pickup, verify that the vehicle is operational and ready to go. These steps would go a long way in ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience for customers.

My brand new Nissan was sideswiped by a Freightliner. After considerable online research, I took it to GP1 due to their Nissan & Infiniti certification levels. Taylor was very personable, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. I was extremely particular due to the car being so new and he was accepting of, and met my expectations regarding attention to detail. He was very helpful and in the end my car looks great. You cannot even tell it was in an accident. The paint looks great. There is no wind noise etc. GP1 did a great job. This is the first time I have had to get body work on a car in over 25 years. I hope I do not need any more body work, but I would not hesitate to recommend GP1. Taylor and the office staff were great.

Taylor did a great job on my 2025 BMW X1. It took 2 months for my car to be completed. I had damages to my passenger door but the shipment of the products is why it took longer than expected but overall great job.

From the moment I called about bringing my SUV in for repair (due to a collision) until the moment I picked my SUV up, it was a seamless process. I arrived, they took care of connecting with the insurance company regarding the claim, and went above and beyond in taking care of my vehicle—it looks AMAZING! Taylor was who I worked with, and he kept me updated throughout the process, made sure my SUV had original factory replacements, and returned it to me in what I would say perfect condition. He was very personable and made himself available whenever I checked in. I can’t express how impressed I was. What could have been a headache ended up being the best experience ever! High quality staff, estimators, techs, and work done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
