Excellent, friendly, affordable service. I brought another car in the next day due to my satisfaction with their customer service. Jon, the store manager, shows quality care. Although they are not a "quick" marketed oil change company, they did a good job being efficient and communicative. Furthermore, even though they are not a tire service company, they helped me by patching a hole in one of my tires at an affordable price. I would highly recommend this place due to their care and professionalism in a ubiquitous market for oil change services.

I’ve been here three times and each time I felt like I received quality service and transparent honesty about work performed and prices. I was able to make an appointment for 2 of my visits and was in and out. The last visit, I unexpectedly stopped in (had an opening in my day) and was able to have my car serviced promptly. Destiny and Jon are great and will explain the work and what they can do for you to get your car fixed up quickly and for a fair price. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While traveling for work, my car suddenly started rattling. I was an hour from my destination, with important meetings to attend. I found Main Lane online and was immediately impressed by their reviews and factory-trained team. I arrived around 5:30 PM, clearly stressed, and they couldn’t have been kinder or more understanding. Don’t know where to start. I love everyone here and my vehicle loves them even more. Always taking care of me and making sure my vehicle is working and safe. Highly recommend and would not take my vehicles anywhere else. I have in the past and has only led to bigger issues. Ever since I landed here, I will never go anywhere else. Best Automotive Mechanic in Round Rock! Several other places quoted me much more, and were going to make me wait a day or so to do the work... not MainLane, they waved the diagnostic fee, and offered a veteran discount, and had the work done in half a day. Our experience with MainLane was absolutely the best!! We were treated with kindness and respect. My car needed an oil change and my husband’s truck had the engine light come on. They did a thorough check with my husband’s truck, found something minor and took care of it, but would not charge us! I had an oil change using synthetic oil. It was done quickly and at about half the cost as I was charged at the last place. We are new to this area and a young man working at a tire repair place recommended we come to MainLane and we have been treated so fairly and kindly! Thank you, Jon Lee, for taking care of all of our car needs and making it such a great experience !

I was happy with the service and advice I got here. They gave me a breakdown of services I should consider at my car's 100k mark. They weren't pushy or judgemental and explained very well anything I asked about. I give four stars instead of five because five is for amazing. I will be going back for future service rather than anywhere else, and I think that is the most positive tell I can give. And who knows, given more exposure to them the four stars may turn on to five.

Overall I’m quite happy with the work. Staff were polite and helpful and fixed the problem. One thing I would have changed is that I wasn’t given a work order to sign before they carried out the repair. They simply took my car back, and then brought me the bill when they were done. If I had disagreed with the quoted amount, I would have appreciated the choice to take my car somewhere else. Fortunately, the quote was reasonable, but I wasn’t given the choice. Second, I had a flat tire repaired, but the repairman didn’t top off my other tires, which were all low on air. I understand it’s not required, but details like that are the difference between 4 star and 5 star service.

Was sent here back in September with an invoice from Discount Tire to repair a stripped lug bolt. The guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. Seeing the interactions with their customers while I was waiting for my car reassured their excellence in customer service and care. Many were returning customers which speaks in volume about the establishment. Because of their great service I decided to schedule a CVT fluid flush and fill for the following day. It was pretty quick service and I’m glad I went with them. It was pretty affordable and I was thankful of that for sure. Thanks guys! -Billie

Mainlane Auto Repair resolved two issues that the dealership caused. They found a transmission mount that was mounted backwards, also they found a heat shield that was bent by the dealership on our Chevy Colorado. They provided pictures and documentation for us to take to the dealership because our part was still under warranty. They are extremely skilled, talented, courteous and generous! They went above and beyond in customer service! Highly recommend them for repairs. Thank you Mainlane for helping resolve the issues with my vehicle! TLDR: Went from happy customers to very happy customers. Jon at MainLane did a fantastic job helping us out today. We liked this place before, but now we respect them because of how we were treated today. We were offered a free oil change and came in for that, but while we were in they did several hours of free diagnostic work for us. It was a relief to find out what we need to repair and what we don’t. They didn’t pressure us to get things done that we didn’t need to, even though we had preconceived ideas of what we wanted to get one. They also weren’t afraid to tackle our older Toyota 4Runner. It’s rare to find an honest mechanic that you can trust like this. Definitely will be recommending them to family and friends.
