I am very grateful today for Alex G's outstanding customer service 🙏. Keep up the great work 👍 . Amy is the manager at this Jiffy Lube , I advised her Alex dis an exceptional job. I also congratulated her for changing things around . Before when you would get an inspection, the service crew would start taking yoir car apart to check the air filter and break fluid system as well. It seemed they would always tray hard to convince clients that they needed this emissions in order to pass the inspection. They wouldn't tell you that you have to buy this , but they would be very shady and and say things like, I suggest you change this and what not. In one instance I saw 3 cars in front of me all of them bought this services , one elderly man and two women on the following 2 cars that needed the inspection. It was a horrible unethical scam to watch. I felt very relieved after this morning the in and out was unbelievably quick, I was in and out in 10 minutes !!! Major kuddos to the new amazing crew now 🙌 Thanks 😊 Ray Ray 💙 🙏 ❤️

This shop is run by two people. I had my engine oil changed there just over a month ago, and now my car's oil indicator shows it needs another change. I don't know what happened. The shop to the left of the main entrance changed my oil. I won't go back there.

I think the techs ot Jiffy lube did a fare job except I noticed a puddle of fresh oil on my garage floor. JUST wish they were a little more careful changing my oil and get all oil in engine.

I pulled up at 7:58 did a hand gesture asking what time they open. The old guy looked at me like old man Withers like he didn’t see me . Drove off and found little shop of automotive across the street and the guy greeted me very professionally and told me we’re not open yet but you’re in line.

They were fast and efficient! I called to ask if it's by reservation or first come, first served. It shares it's space with a handwash car wash. Space can be crowded. They do ask if you want to stay in the car or sit outside. Reminding you, the pit is below you. I sat at the tables of the car wash.

If I Can give this store 0 star I’m extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences at Jiffy Lube. I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but each time I was left feeling disrespected, dismissed, and uncomfortable. On more than one occasion, I was refused service without a clear or professional explanation, even though there was no valid reason given. What made the situation worse was the behavior of the staff. They were rude, impatient, and unprofessional, and during one interaction, an employee hung up the phone on me while I was trying to ask simple questions about service availability. The way I was spoken to felt discriminatory and racially motivated. The tone, comments, and overall treatment made me feel singled out and unwelcome. No customer should ever feel that way when seeking a basic service. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this location showed zero accountability, zero respect, and zero professionalism. Instead of trying to help or explain, the staff chose to be dismissive and hostile. I left feeling upset and shocked at how poorly I was treated. I would strongly not recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone who expects basic courtesy, fairness, or respect. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers — this one clearly does not.

These guys are great! This location is under new management and it is a huge upgrade. There are several bad reviews for this shop and, from past experience, they were probably justifiable. However, the location has a new team and they are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had to bring my vehicle in because of a mistake made last year by the previous management and they went out of their way to diagnosed and thoroughly fix the problem. I was pleasantly surprised and couldn't have been more surprised. The new team has turned me from a "stay away" to a repeat customer. I will definitely bring my car back in the future and I recommend anyone in the neighborhood who had bad experiences in the past to give this location a second chance.

I always get spectacular service with Jiffy Lube. This was my first time at this Round Rock location, Donald and Scott were very professional and very kind. Donald was very informative and helpful in getting the service my car needed. After an overnight shift at the hospital, I’m sure I looked a mess and my brain was foggy. I’m sure I seemed a little confused and nervous to them, but they were very patient and took their time to let me take in the recommendations. They were giving wonderful communication and service. I would definitely come here again. It is very nice to find a place where I could trust the people working on my vehicle.
