I came for a simple engine light code read and the sales managers took the time to actually take a look at my engine. They not only suggested ways to fix my engine light problem but also gave advice on how to improve how my engine runs and preventative measures for future issues. When I decided to take their advice, they helped me pick out parts and actually personally helped me work on my car. Absolutely stellar service, they truly went above and beyond.

As I was about to make the hour trip back home after a terrible day, my car suddenly locked up and to my surprise was completely out of oil. Knowing nothing about cars I drove to the nearest store. The manager at this location was more than willing to help me and fill my car back up with the oil I needed to get home. He even went as far as lying on the ground to check for a leak. After having one of the worst days he made it so much better, I seriously have no idea what I would have done without his help. Thank you for your excellent service!! If I ever need something car related this will absolutely be the place I go!!

I was searching for a steering wheel cover for my new Mazda, Amazon’s didn’t fit, Walmart’s were cheap looking, I hit the jackpot when I visited AutoZone for the first time! I believe the gentleman that assisted me was named Bura or Baja (Sorry for butchering your name)! He actually put the cover on for me perfectly! If I could give them a 10/5 I would. Joe and Barbara were amazing trying to help install my new battery. My old one was so corroded and stuck. They did everything they could think of to help us. They were able to get the old one out and install my new one. I really appreciate their patience and willing to help. They never complained or made me feel like a burden. Very helpful and kind. Definitely one of the best run Autozones I’ve ever been in, and I’ve been in more than I care to think about keeping shipping vans alive, along with classic jeeps, family cars, etc. They’ve gone above and beyond for me, honored warranties, and embody the moto of putting the customer first. Considering most chain stores are run like you are a statistic, this is a refreshing change. Even better, I’ve seen everyone who comes through the door receive the same treatment, so it doesn’t matter who you are, you can count on this same great level of service.

Autozone has always been my number one choice because they are professional, efficient, and know exactly what you need. They are always willing to help and go the extra step. This morning I drove across town and paid over $52 for one windshield wiper and fluid at Autozone. The solo clerk, reeking of marijuana, told me he didn’t drive due to a medical condition, so he couldn’t recommend a windshield wiper fluid product. He also could not place the windshield wiper for me, as it was against policy for him to step outside the building. He did give me the option to wait for the delivery driver to come back-unknown ETA, and maybe he would help me. They lost my loyalty today.
