I went in to purchase some floor mats and windshield cleaner. DUE TO SOMETHING CALLED CORVID-19, I was wearing a face mask and a the other customers were also being responsible wearing a mask,BUT THE EMPLOYEES WERE NOT WEARING A FACE MASK/COVERING!!! YOU'RE IRRESPONSIBLE!

I purchased windshield wipers from Autozone in December of 2018 and in February 2019 they flew off while driving and it was raining. When I called Autozone, the store where they were purchased and installed, the sales person put the manager on. Immediately the manager starts reciting the store policy. He doesn't even ask if I'm okay or says anything about we are sorry that this happened to you. He just starts telling me their policy and that I have to have my receipt. Poor people skills. However, I rated the store for the customer service of their employees and that's why they still received a 4 star. If the manager had of been more compassionate towards the fact that it was pouring where I was and couldn't see they'd probably would have gotten a 5 star. Thankfully it stopped raining.

I was driving on 780 when my car started to studder. I pulled over and got a p301 code (cylinder 1). I limped the car to AutoZone and was able to buy plugs, coil, and tools necessary to fix the issue in the parking lot in about 30 min. Employees were extremely helpful. I got everything I needed and wasn't shafted on the prices. The female in particular (don't know her name) knew her job and how to help. Thanks for everything.

Ill give this location a 3star. The energy in store is low However I think it's because short staff. They may be tired? Anyway I WANT TO THANK YOUNG Oscar THERE. about the only person made me feel like it was life inside this location. Great attitude and and didn't blink to give a helping hand. return policy i purchased a battery from them it went dead so i purchased a jumper box come to find out baterery was no good took battery back got new one but thety would not return the jumper box that is 150.00 i should not of had to spend and they wont refund me.

I've been going to this location ( And AutoZone as a company for over 24 years ) for a very long time. But because of Jose made me change my tune and start going to "O"ther company. Jose is very obnoxious. I asked a few things for my 2015 Honda Civic EXL. I jokingly said please make sure he gives me the right parts because it would be a long drive back my Mechanics place who live in Concord. He accidentally gave me the wrong parts before and I had to drive back to Vallejo because when I had to exchange it in Concord they didn't have the parts. He guaranteed me all the parts were correct. Guess what it happened AGAIN. Same secanario.... c'mon bro.. he gave me all the parts for a 2015 ACCORD instead of a CIvic. And when I went back over there and I was being really polite about it. He said a smart remark saying " it's not my fault you told me the wrong car " and chuckled and looked at his employees like it wasn't his fault Now I had it. I told him : Jose I told you 3xs what parts I needed for my car and you assured me they were correct this is the 2nd time you made a huge mistake and your trying to pass off the blame on me because you don't want to be embarrassed in front of your employees. I don't have an Accord. I have a Civic, Eclipse, and a TSX. So don't try to say it's my fault when it's clearly yours. On top of that he was trying to do an exchange for the parts with no receipt. And he said it was an even exchange. I insisted on a receipt and guess what what there was a price difference. A really dishonest person. He should really be fired. His staff is good but this guy is an ________.

I had a very good experience at this location of AutoZone. I really did. This gentlemen helping me on Saturday was very helpful. And I am not an expert in cars at all, but I needed help and he patiently explained everything I should do and shouldn’t do, everything I need to get and everything I don’t need to get. Also there was no line kn Saturday and I was pretty happy to not spend half a day at the car parts store like I do sometimes trying to figure out what do I need lol. Thank you for your customer service! And all of your help. P.S. By the way, I went to o’Reilly autoparts and they were not able to help me at all. They didnt have the part I needed and nether at their close by locations. So AutoZone will be my first choice from now on.

The way that the Store Manager carries himself is disturbing. He is incredibly rude and the way he treats customer is terrible. He doesn't pay attention to the questions you ask and gives a vague answer. He put an air filter in incorrectly and didn't close the department right. I went to another AutoZone just to make sure he did it right because he literally threw it in and not set it. So the clerk from the 2nd AutoZone told me that whoever put it in didn't do it correctly. Great Service Mr. Manager! You almost damaged the holder.

The older lady (who seemed very uninterested in being there) sold me the wrong headlight for my make and model of car, said it didn't matter if it was LE or ES cuz it's universal for that car, and she was absolutely WRONG and I will be trading it in for the correct one tomorrow

I usually come to this autozone and never have an issue, but today I came to pick up an online order and the lady at the register was extremely rude, very inconvenient! Come here if you want to get yelled at.
