I had an amazing experience at AutoZone in Indio, store 3363. Albert L , cashier, awesome customer service. I couldn't ask for more. Very warm and pleasant. Albert went above and beyond helping me this evening. Albert made a difference today. I also want to acknowledge his boss, Cesar. Cesar was just as pleasant and helpful. What a great team! AutoZone , North Indio. I thank you very much for all your customer service. I would definitely recommend this store to anybody. Awesome customer service and they speak Spanish. A grateful customer!

I’m sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience. Mine was overall great! My right tail light was worn out & needed to be replaced. I was planning on winging it. YouTube would have been my go to. Erik greeted me inside the store & asked what I was looking for. He stepped outside, checked out my car. He had great customer service & even installed my headlights free of charge. He allowed me to use his hotspot when my phone wasn’t getting any service. Again great experience, I do recommend this spot.

I was working with Noe Luna, and words cannot described how much I appreciated his assistance. I was stranded due to a dead battery with my 3 kids. He assisted with the return, the exchange and made the experience not only for me but my kids a pleasant one. I was stressed and he made me laugh where I became a happy customer. He hydrated them with water that he purchased with his own money. I recently visited another Autozone and was dissatisfied with the assistance and outcome. I was so disappointed that I almost visited OReilly, but decided to get this store a shot.
