OMG! Mere seconds after I walked in, the team was so courteous, and good humored! This is SO important to me. If I walk into a store...any store...I can tell the personality of the team. I was in there right at closing time to get an item, they turned the lights off on me and wouldn't turn them back on. I wasn't taking long, knew exactly what I needed. A very disrespectful move. Maybe they need to be reminded who keeps the damn lights on in the first place by management! Unacceptable.

The new General Manager, Angel, is terrible. Overheard a conversation yesterday with him and an employee, the employee was trying to see if he’ll still get his full time hours because of his children and he told him he’ll see. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

I came here to get a battery replaced due to purchasing a new to me vehicle. The man that helped me came outside to take a look at it and tested the battery and it was all in good condition. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to do that. However, he did not fight me when I insisted I wanted a new battery and I am very grateful for that! Battery was purchased and installed within 15 minutes.

The gentleman with the dark hair was extremely helpful. He helped my daughter get a radiator hose today at 4pm ish. I was the one fussing with my daughter wanting her to show him the pictures of the busted hose bc I’m terrible with cars. He did an excellent job and is an asset to your location. We drove from Blairsville ga to get this part so we could get her car fixed that was sitting in the middle of town broken down. I wish I got his name. There is not a name on the receipt. I also did the survey and praised him. He was very kind, sociable, and knowledgeable. And, he knows his stuff. What he told me about the coolant went over my head, but I didn’t have to worry about all that bc my bf filled the radiator up for my daughter, and he got it running properly thanks to the products he recommended and he also made sure we got the correct part too. Thankyou so very much.

Great experience at AutoZone thanks to Richard, who truly went above and beyond. Not only was he knowledgeable and patient, but he also took his time to help me install a starter on my car something I wasn’t expecting at all. His kindness and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s extremely rare to find customer service like this, I’m incredibly grateful and won't forget. 11/15/25 - Don't get in any hurry here. Stood in line COMPLETELY ignored for 5+ minutes. The manager clearly knew I was standing there with just two items to check out and instead of mentioning there was a self-checkout he allowed me to stand there until I abruptly said something. This is a retail store, you should work on customer service and making sure customers in line are at least acknowledged. I'll go somewhere else in the future. Last time I'll go to this store. They obviously don't need me.

Honestly this is the worst store in the area, we went there Sunday 07/27/25 at 4 PM to get our battery tested and ended up buying a new AGM battery, when we asked to get it installed they gave as an excuse that they were too busy with customers, we waited until there were almost no more customers and then they said that there they had no time to install it... This is the last time we will use an Autozone because of the badly trained employees they have. There is a screenshot of part of our receipt showing the time and date.

One of the very best experiences ever, that I have had at an AutoZone. I called, aiming to be proactive, about a part that is advancingly becoming NLA (no longer available). Audray answered the phone, with excellent customer service skills. Her skillset appears to be genuine (kind, polite, professional, an active listener, etc.).
