Heard about this shop from a friend at work so I decided to give them a go. I have been a customer for about three months or so and am very happy with my service. The prices are unbeatable and they have been able to take me at the last minute with no problems. As a habit, I always check after my mechanic to make sure things are put back together correctly and for any errors and they have done a very good job. ***UPDATE*** 5-18-2018 Luis called me the day before I picked up my car for a price of $150. I go there first thing in the morning the next day and tries to charge me $190 not once, but twice. If I had not checked the screen to confirm my price for my card he would have gotten away with it. Also the crew left my back seat window down and it has been raining heavily for the past few days. My carpet has a puddle and smells of intoxicating mold considering I trusted them to take care of my baby for a few days. I'm not going back but will send them a car cleaning bill.

They take care of all our family cars and are as capable and concerned with general maintenance as they are with making all my custom jeep dreams come true. I found Victory Automotive from their highly rated reviews right here on Google and their service was far above what I could’ve expected! As soon as I pulled up, (though hard to find who really runs the place at first)..the techs there immediately stopped what they were doing to tend to me- ask me what my issues were, call the boss, and had my car being checked within 15mins of me walking in. They started working on my car immediately. I was quoted, showed price point for every service charge and part. Louis even immediately made some calls to get me my replacement part $200 cheaper. My car was repaired by the end of following day. The total repair price was out of my budget at the time, as I was switching jobs- and Louis allowed me to make a deposit and pay the remaining amount once I had it the following weeks later. I got to take my car home fixed and without emptied pockets. I cannot recommend them more. They are my entire family’s new repair shop. Thank you again, Victory.

I took my Dodge Avenger here in March 2022 and to this day have never felt more ripped off by a mechanic. My car was overheating and I needed to get back to Utah. $1400 later, and I'm grateful my car made it back, but the problem was a radiator cap all along. This shop charged me to fix one thing after another and misdiagnosed, costing me a ton of money. When I dropped the car off, the shop was closed the next day on a business day. The guy said he was sick. Can you imagine dropping your car off while your out state with an emergency, and then the next day, they won't respond to your call or answer the phone, and the shop is closed? That is really terrible customer service. I know it's been awhile but I wanted to leave this here in case anyone breaks down and calls this shop, they will 100% rip you off, like they did me, if you're not local. Also, make sure you take cash with you or there's a ridiculous card fee.

Victory Automotive is deserving of every 5 star review that can be found concerning them. If you're looking for a quality and honest mechanic look no further. None of these positive reviews are written out of flattery by no means, they are written by genuine people with genuinely great experiences with this shop and its employees. Every time I have needed anything, even if it were just to ask a simple question, Pal and Louis both have been eager to answer with honesty and confidence. They are extremely fair priced and they do GREAT work. They treat you like friends and family right off the bat and maintain that standard of relationship. I would say dont waste your time with any other shop, these guys will get it done and some.

Louis and his awesome team are honest and hardworking guys. I bought my son a car, and unfortunately the motor blew a few miles off the lot. Louis heard the desperation in my voice and helped with replacing the motor at an incredible price. And the motor had a warranty which has come in handy already. I got a cam package from them a few years back and she ran great for 3 years never needed any work. They did a good job with the engine and even tuned it. Only went down cause I ain’t change the oil enough. They’d be my go to for work in Gainesville. They’ve done it plenty of times they don’t miss.

I was looking for a reliable exhaust shop in the Gainesville Georgia area and looked on Google. High Road came up with very positive reviews. I can tell you guys this place knows how to take care of your exhaust needs. Worked on my Chevy Camaro doing a cat and muffler delete and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. This shop is a rip off they have had my truck for 11months still no no motor they don't respond to text or phone calls and when they do it's just another lie I don't recommend using them Luis tells you that he will work with you then won't I got a quote to rebuild my motor for 5000 then he told me it would be cheaper to replace them told me it would be 10000 how is that cheaper he took2700 from me and a 1000 from my bank and kept my motor and the one I paid for about to sue him for my money back I think his shop is a front for something else

They built our welded-in rollcage and did a phenomenal job. Our car rolled 11 times at Road Atlanta turn 11 and the cage survived in amazing condition and likely saved my friend's life. 11/10 amazing product and fast turnaround time!
