Great staff, great body work.. However the paint job on my hood was not so good. Shiney yes, but orange peel and fish eye along with several small spots of trash in the paint. Surface was not properly prepped before paint, and trash spots were ignored and buffed over. No way this was inspected and given the ok. This is why I only wanted you to rplace the windshield and leave the hood alone.....

Classic Collision is the place to go if you are in the need of body work on your car. In my situation it was an unfortunate accident that created the need, and they worked with GEICO, my insurance company, beautifully. From the second I walked in, it was clear what would be done and how long it would take (approximately). Customer service is outstanding. Communication throughout the process was so consistent I never had to worry for a second or even wonder what was going on. Stacey and Bee helped me and they are both to be commended for their outstanding management in the office and communication. My car looks better than before, and was ready when they said it would be. Awful. Dropped my car off to be repaired after a collision. Got it back with a damaged side mirror, one that wasn’t affected by the accident. Even though they had pictures in their system with it undamaged at checkin, and pictures of it damaged when I picked it up, I had to do the legwork and get it repaired myself because they kept deflecting and not agreeing to do the research themselves, so now I’m fighting with them to reimburse me. Angela the front receptionist was fantastic. But the shop not taking responsibility for damaging my mirror is enough to keep me from going here again.

The front desk individuals were all welcoming, nice, and knowledgeable. They told me my vehicle may take up to 2 weeks to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way in what was happening to my vehicle. Instead of 2 weeks, I was contact after only 4 DAYS that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Not only is the quality of work outstanding. Looks like nothing ever happened to my car, it was cleaned efficiently, and once again the Service Reps were kind and very knowledgeable in explaining the service with pure transparency, no catches. Got my car running new again. No hassle. They under promised and over delivered!

After my accident, I took my car to Classic Collision for repairs. The intake staff was nice and sent regular updates on the progress of the repairs. After a little over a month, I picked up my car and observed that the left headlamp was cloudy and had water damage. I spoke to the manager, Cory, who stated my headlamp was damaged when I dropped it off! I disputed this and asked him to send me the intake photos. When I received them, there was no damage to the light. He then agreed to order me a new light assembly and contact me when it arrives. I never received a call, and after a month, I contacted him, and he still doesn't have the part and was very nonchalant about it. It doesn't appear he intends to remedy the situation. I will not use CC again and wouldn't recommend anyone to them. Customers should not be treated this way. My next complaint is the BBB!
