Came in not being quite sure if I needed a new battery, and I am very glad that I decided to go to this Autozone, specifically because of one of the employees named Heath. He was able to help with testing the battery, and even helped me replace it. What I initially thought was going to be a straight forward replacement soon involved some stripped nuts and bolts, as well as an issue with the connector for the battery, which also needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond to help, and I am forever grateful for that.

Today I had the experience of dealing with one of your amazing workers named Angie M. She was very welcoming from the minute I walked in the store and she answered all of my car questions. Not only did she help me purchase the proper items, she also put in the cabin air filter and check my low beam light. I couldn't have asked for a more amazing employee to help me out since I don't know much about cars. If you need assistance at AutoZone in Lynn make sure to ask for Angie!!!!

Berto didn’t ring me up, but he did over hear and was able to provide additional advise about checking my warranty for my battery (it wasn’t) and then installed my new battery for me. I deeply appreciated his willingness to get the job done. AutoZone should provide some lighting like a head lamp so he could see what he was doing better hands free. Berto said he was only part time, but give this guy a good year end bonus, he went above and beyond and set a good example for the rest of his coworkers.

5 stars all around from me. Unfortunately I can't remember the young man's name that rang me up, but he was great and informative. My car knowledge is zero, so even small issues tend to stress me out, but everyone in the store was informative, friendly, and welcoming. Nelson overheard and came right over to help me install the back light that I purchased. He was quick, efficient, and informative, explaining what he was doing as he did it so I could learn. At the end I even offered him a few bucks for the help and he declined, saying he was just happy to do his job and know that I was satisfied with the service. Give that man a raise. Great place.
