They did a fantastic job on our Sonata. Replaced the bumper; quarter-panel; fixed the crumple-zone underneath, and handled the insurance seamlessly. Doug and team made sure everything was perfectly color-matched and even got the car fully detailed. It looked new inside and out. Pretty fast too, about a week. Highly recommend, would go again.

Finally, a business run with integrity, professionalism AND friendliness. The workmanship here is superior! As I was picking up my Lexus, they were polishing and detailing my suv to perfection! Repairs were done in 4 days! Unheard of! Doug and his wife are absolute dolls and soooo pleasant to deal with. I recommend Boston Auto Painting highly!

Doug and his team did a really great job of repairing and paint-matching my bumper. Top notch job on the paint job itself as well - no signs of paint overspray or overruns anywhere. This is an A+ team, everyone was super friendly and really easy to work with. The facilities were top notch as well. I did quite a bit of research before going with Boston Auto even though they were kind of out of the way and I’m glad I did.

Doug and staff lack accountability, professionalism and integrity, avoid this shop. Staff and shop ignore when attempting to have them follow through with their job and lack the most basic communication skills neccessary for running a business that isnt garbage.

These guys are amazing. Got rear ended around the corner and was able to get it here. Felipe took all my info and was incredibly kind and helpful with the whole thing. They were super easy to get in touch with re: checking in, helping with the rental car, etc, and when I picked up my car I was shocked at the repairs. They went above and beyond to fix my car up and they even detailed it prior to me coming to pickup. Thank you so much to Doug and the wonderful woman in the office, and the whole team at Boston Auto painting. Definitely recommend 100%

Someone rear-ended my car, so I took it to Boston Auto Painting, and Doug did a such great job. He was very profissional, polite and responsible. He explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. The car was ready on the scheduled date. They also did a deep clean on my car, which is not common in other body shops. If you’re looking for a high-end auto body that cares about their customers, this is the place. I am an extremely meticulous person who cares about my vehicles condition, and have very demanding needs. I brought my 2019 Range Rover to Boston Auto Painting which had rear end damage. From start to finish, the process was streamlined with excellent communication. When I received my vehicle, it was like brand new again. The paint quality and workmanship is second to none! They go above and beyond for their customers. They not only fixed the damage but they also made my rims look brand new and changed all my filters.There was a leak of oil which they also fixed. I highly recommend them! They even detailed my car and changed the nails to my plate because one of them were rusted and really stuck (I didn’t ask them, they just seen it was missing nails and needed new nails). 🙏🥇🏆 THE BEST IN MASSACHUSETTS . You won’t find a shop that cares the way they do.

Recently I had a fender bender. I wasn't sure who to use for my auto repair. My son suggested Marion st auto, Lynn. I called them and they took my car within a few days. Dave did everything for me. Including making sure the rental was there when I dropped off my car. He even delt with the insurance company. I just picked up my car yesterday and it's perfect. They are very professional and caring about the customer. An excellent job. A great big thank you!
