I was glad and pleased that Willy V continues the great service at the site of former auto shop Col-Craft, when they fixed some front-edge damage (and discovered some inner unseen damage needing repairing, too), due to another driver's vehicle carelessly backing into my car and not worrying about the several-days inconvenience that claims-reporting and -repairing usually takes. Everybody at Willy V's was friendly, professional, together, thorough and accommodating, including kindly giving me a ride back-and-forth to my home around the corner from them for the few days they needed to keep and work on my car. They are right off the Lynnway in Lynn and I'd highly recommend them and their great service. I'm so glad they took my boring old car, b/c I thought maybe they only worked on fancier sports cars--but they were extremely welcoming and also a recommended shop guaranteed through my major auto insurance carrier! TY again for making everything so easier and less worrisome for me, Willy V Team!

Wonderful service. They were able to take my car in right away and set me up with a rental same day. Previous auto body shop I had initially gone to had me deal with everything on my own and were no help. Glad I went to Willy V. Everyone was so nice and helpful. 10/10 recommend! Update: just got my car back and it looks great! Looks brand new. Everyone was so kind from beginning to the end. I still have to get my mirror fixed and plan to go back to them in a few months. Refuse to go to any other body shop.

Never had so many problems with purchasing a car and getting it together. They have given us one problem after another. Didn’t give us the right title, their check bounced at registration, was suppose to fix the car before giving it to us but we been driving it for months not fixed, brought it to get fixed by them and two days later problems are back and our car was at their shop for days while we were being ignored . And during one of the times we were getting our car fixed they gave us a rental which was nice until we got the rental and it was completely trashed , with cups filled with liquid and bugs, food all over seats and floors , car had no gas and there wasn’t even the proper information in the vehicle such as registration and everything

I highly recommend not coming to this place to get a car . We originally came to get a car and they sold it so then they give us another car with the engine light on , tells us they will fix it before we pick it up and never got fixed. Then had a problem with registering the car and they sent someone to go do it for us and the check bounced and our registration was suspended . Then problem after problem kept happening with the car , he kept saying he would fix it but kept kept postponing it for months , finally he brought it to get fixed but was never even fixed properly and lied about fixing parts . It has been hell with these people ever since we purchased this vehicle and til this day we are still putting so much money into fixing this car . These people were no help and like to play games

I was one of the first people to have knowledge of this collision center to be opening up ! I had met one of the main investors in the city of its location and was beyond relieved when a week or two after the grand opening I needed to have my vehicle repaired. With in 2 days of my accident my vehicle was in custodial care of Willy V motors and they got straight to work! The insurance companies made it such a hassle to finalize the progression of it all. The professionals at Willy V’s made it a smooth ride and transition from my vehicle to a rental and back to my vehicle. Forget the insurance ! I have recently relocated to Lynn and was in search of an auto repair shop for some minor fixes on my car. Marioly provided excellent assistance throughout the entire procedure. Unfortunately, before my appointment, I was involved in an accident where another driver collided with the rear side of my vehicle. Marioly promptly guided me through the claims process. I dropped off my car and they gave me a ride to the rental shop. When there was a little delay in the insurance coming to inspect the vehicle they communicated with me which is appreciated. I got the car back and it’s like new again! The team did a great job and I appreciate the service. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto body work.
