Its hard to believe that i posted this 3 years ago. What is TRUE, is that the excellence of my first review is still true today: Professional, quick, and less expensive than I thought. Service is excellent, and they even put smaller parts in that would cost $$$ at the dealer or auto shop.

Great place. I went in there because I had a check engine light. Didn't even need to ask the guy working to help. I told him the light was on and he plugged in the device and immediately told me what was wrong. I recommend them.

Ordered a part that was supposed to be at the store by 1 and I show up and was told it didn't get ordered in time and told me if I wanted it today I would have to drive to KC to get it. I'll never buy another part from AutoZone.

Friendly Service along with knowledgeable employees. Lisa was a great help! Back in Sept. I stopped in while on a cross country trip and she gave multiple suggestions as to possible reasons for my dashboard lights coming on and used two different code readers to help me get a more precise diagnosis. The part was in stock and I was able to borrow the tools needed from the store. Great experience!

I got a four pack of brown Jersey gloves at a good price. Lisa, the store manager was her nice and friendly self. Thanks for the gloves and a + experience. Also, I’m thinking about working for Topeka Metro and give the city buses some wrench work. Hopefully Auto Zone can supply me with spark plugs and oil filters. I’m really handy!

I went in and out of the store three times nobody helps me so I called the store and told him I was outside they still do not come out and help me not a great auto parts to go to people are very rude to their customers

I love the staff. I’ve been coming here for the past three years on and off, obviously to try to fix my car with whatever is happening to it lol but this team every time I go, they always go above and beyond what they’re actually paid for to help me with my vehicle. I always forget his name, but I’m proud of him for going on a diet, quitting smoking, and switching to Diet Coke. He always goes above and beyond when it comes to helping me. Also, the short lady with black hair, I don’t know their names. I’m not really good with names. I’ll try better next time, but she is a great help every time and there’s more individual him that much because it’s always straight business very friendly” hello how can I help you? What do you need?” Kind of vibe highly recommend coming here the only AutoZone that goes above and beyond also the one in North Topeka but this one’s my favorite.

Ken was so helpful and consistently there the whole way I had to come back a few times and he was so polite! Got me all the tools I needed and even went to the back of the store to get me more options for steering wheel covers for my new truck! He was the most knowledgeable on everything and was sure to look it up if he wasn’t 100% sure and l would say without his help it wouldn’t be that smooth of a process. Very grateful.

I ordered the wrong car battery online I didnt realize it till I went to pick it up. Two employees went above and beyond to get the right battery. A female employees even went out to my car to see my battery to make they had the right one. She even installed my new battery at no cost. Very friendly employees and they actually take time to help you. I will be getting my car parts for this store from now on.
